They ended up getting one of our drinks wrong and I'm so scared she spit in my drink on the remake :[

For one why is there only two tables? I ordered a cup of cinnamon sugar and two cups of original my cinnamon sugar was HARD i’m telling you rn my jaw hurts. I ate one the the original and they were somewhat soft if you cant make something right why make it? Not to mention when people walk in you could at least say that you’ll be right with them instead everyone just acted like i was invisible. Terrible Service if you can’t handle a “rush” on a sunday then try hiring some more people.

I love that Auntie Anne's is right down the way from me now! It definitely cures my pretzel fix that I get weekly. This location has always offered up some great pretzels and the only thing I can honestly ding them on is service prioritization. Sometimes it seems like the staff doesn't know how to prioritize orders (and it makes some long wait times), BUT that could just be a training issue. There's also times pretzels aren't ready, and you'd think being a pretzel shop they really shouldn't have that problem, but I guess that's easy for an outsider to critique without knowing what Auntie Anne's food prep rules are.
So other than those little things, the store has never disappointed when it comes to serving up some great pretzels and I'm thankful for that!

Would give 0 stars if possible. We love Auntie Anne’s but this location is a joke. Came here today and ordered a frozen lemonade (which they messed up) and regular / original nuggets. The person on the intercom made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience that they had to heat them up because they didn’t have any made. They tried offering us other menu options that they already had premade under warmers. We told them we wanted either the original nuggets or the pretzel dogs and they said original nuggets were easier to make. We then waited nearly 10 minutes for the original nuggets. We would have purchased more if it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for them. Won’t be back. Avoid this location at all costs.

The person on the intercom made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience that they had to heat them up because they didn’t have any made. This place is horrible. We always have to wait at leastv30 to 45 minutes for our order. Today we ordered online fir a pickup the next hour. We got there and guess what it wasn't ready and she said it would take at least another 20 min. I will never be back here and they should get their franchise license pulled.

I have tried this location several times and it is the same always. Even did orders online. Everytime they never have it ready. I ordered at 5:45 for a 7:15 pick up. When I went in at 7:15 they told me it would be another 8 mins. It is now 7:37 and the order is still not ready. This place is a joke and if you like waiting longer than they say it will take and wasting time this is your place to go.

This place should be ashamed of the food quality. Ordered delivery and received dry/ burnt pretzel bites. That should not have been acceptable and sent by any eye.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was so hard. I’m truly disappointed and I was excited to see it in the area but not sure after today’s experience and I had been craving one

The pretzel was good, a little undercooked, but it was the wait that was the problem. We went through the drive thru and it took almost 30 minutes for 2 pretzels. I would have left but I already paid and the server, Jan, asked me to pull to the front of the store. As far as I could tell Jan was the only person working (And she was great! Was running around the whole store helping people) so I feel like it was an understaffing issue. I also think they need to get their speaker adjusted because we could only hear a muffled sound when trying to place our order.

This place is consistently out of mini pretzel dog for no apparent reason and dnt offer to make none the lack of items ridiculous. Then an employee act so stingy with sauces even when you pay for it I like aunt Anne but this location suck approach at your own risk.. now on I just drive farther to go to mall for mini pretzel dog.....
