It was awful. I prefer my pretzel dogs to be a little more crispy. Crispy from cooking not from being left over and reheated. All you could taste was the grease. What makes it worse it that I asked the employee worth the window if they were fresh. If this is fresh I wouldn't hate to think of what leftover is.

Three charged me two dollars more than what the menu stated and said that they couldn’t fix the issue with their POS. There were no signs to indicate that the menu price was lower than what they’re actually charging. The poor girl working on the counter said she had to explain this dozens of times to people. Either the owner is screwing customers over or they’re just terrible at management.

Asking for tips now even before you get your overpriced burned pretzels. I’ll take QT pretzels over this place. Other customer is right. The prices don’t match. Their scanner never works to get rewards. Won’t be going back.

The wait times are minimum 30 mins. So if you want to get a pretzel here be sure to set aside 30 min of your day.
You’d think the managers would make some changes considering the amount of reviews that say the same thing. But don’t get your hopes up.
Horrible experience. Don’t go there, it’s not worth your time. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to receive a cold order of small pretzel nuggets. I requested fresh, hot nuggets and had to wait, only to wait an additional 30 minutes before finally requesting a refund as my order was still not ready. Horrible experience and customer service. Don’t waste your time.
