First and las time. I drive by it everyday so I thought i'd give it a shot. I had two tacos a side and a soda and it was $24 dollars....Geez. You'd expect for that price there would be more flavor instead of two scoops of cabbage on each taco. You're better off going to taco heads or velvet taco.

Food was amazing, go to tacos are the state fair and baja's. Good service and fast cooks, even when backed up they try their best to get everyone's food out. 9/10 because the tacos seem pricey but you get what you pay for though so it's (fort worth) it

Was so hopeful about this place but it was ALL disappointing. Ordered the Zydeco taco and it was awful! It had about 1 cup of slaw on a single taco (see picture). The fire roasted salsa was so watered down- It had no taste. The cilantro rice was as if someone made Uncle Ben's microwave rice and sprinkled cilantro on the top. If you want good tacos, go a couple blocks in either direction from this place and there are much much better options. Terribly disappointing.

I ordered the Al Pastor soft taco, Black Beans, and Elote. Food tastes good and the taco is larger than typical street tacos. Sides are a-la-carte and prices are a little high so the cost adds up pretty quick.

A U S T I N . C I T Y . T A C O What's better than late-night tacos? Especially when it's as scrumptious as this?? Not much! David and I had a friend from Seattle in town for a day so after showing him around the Stockyards we were trying to find something to eat late on a Tuesday night. After striking out at a few locations we made a final ditch effort and drove to Austin City Taco and luckily they were open and had vegetarian options for our friend. I mean, we could not wait to dig into this spread! When at a specialty taco shop DO try something unexpected! When we walked into the shop I saw a poster for their taco of the month for November and knew I HAD to give it a try: Deep-fried turkey with a jalapeno-cranberry sauce, onion strings, queso fresco and cilantro Though the turkey was a little on the tough/dry side the cranberry sauce was so yummy and the onion strings were PERFECT! For a specialty taco I thought they did a great job of putting Thanksgiving ingredients together in a creative way I gotta give a shout-out to the manager on duty that evening as well. Despite us coming in late and being the only customers eating in he gave us great service, never made us feel rushed to leave and allowed us time to eat, enjoy and catch up. Thank you

I like the aesthetic of the restaurant, but the food doesn't match. Overpriced, and very little meat in tacos and bowls. You will get a large amount of rice and veggies and a spoonful of meat. Definitely don't recommend save your money.

It was very expensive. But it did taste good. It was about $6.50 per taco but they had a very uniquely strange variety of what look like good tasting tacos. It's a place where you serve yourself by going to the counter and ordering and then picking up your order. There are no waiters or waitresses. I got two of the # 9 tacos and a soda and it cost about $16 or $17 I believe. It's definitely not a place I can afford to eat at often because I was still hungry after the two tacos. But I was pleasantly surprised by the unique taco that were made up of chopped beef, onion rings, and a number of other things including ranch dressing.

First off. Parking is easy and it's easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Taco was huge. Just not my favorite. I ordered the State Fair and Revolution. Lacked sauce and was pretty underwhelming. It was basically a chicken strip and brisket with deep fried onions on top and drizzled ranch. I did get some sauces from the counter additional sauces from the counter as well. Pretty expensive for just that. Was $15 for the two tacos and a drink w/ no sides. They do have a small patio for outdoor seating which was nice and frozen margaritas and canned beer which I did not try.

I like this taco joint. The tacos are sizable and filling. I live in Dallas and was in Fort Worth handling business. I decided to come here for lunch. Great idea! The brisket was perfectly smoked. Exceptional customer service and quick.

For all the hype I read, I couldn't wait to try this place! I LOVE tacos and always looking for the best trading ones I can find! So I drove a pretty decent way out of the way just to fill my craving. This place was a serious let down. They brag about their queso but it just tasted like Velveeta/ro-tel. I tried multiple different flavors/styles of tacos to give them a honest good chance. They all fell flat. The only decent one was chorizo and that's kind of hard to mess up.I even let my daughter try them when I got home to see if it was just me... She liked them even less than I did.

I hear #1 caso in fort worth and can agree so far. Tacos come out loaded and delicious, the zydeco is good but kinda wish they had a spicier taco, in other words amazing place and great food, if you're in the fort worth area you should come try this place out!

Too be honest I was a bit shocked by how much our total was for what we got but it was worth a try eating here. It was good food but does not match the price.BUT after that being said, it was still a beautiful place and had great service.

The good thing about this place is the friendly staff. Everything else sucked. The bowl was 97% rice. It was bland. The tacos were meh at best. They lacked all things that make taco places special. They even did not have bottled coke.
