If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady working the drive through was EXTREMELY rude to not only customers but other employees as well. They were not busy and I still waited 30-45 mins for my food and they STILL shorted me about 4 items. So I basically spent $65 for literally nothing. Avoid this store and don’t waste your time or money.

I was honestly stunned by how rude and crazy the lady at the drive thru/counter was. I have never seen an employee disrespect so many customers like she was while I was there for a short time. This was the lady working drive thru around 1 pm today. I also don’t see how they’re not in violation of a health code with how dirty the restaurant was in the kitchen area and the corner of the counter under the soda machine sunken in, close to collapsing, revealing a bunch of black stuff on the wall behind it. First and last time going here for sure.

Ever since moving to this area I've gone here for a mix of cheese curds, root beer, and then trying out the whole menu progressively
I can't speak for everything on the menu yet but I can say without a doubt, the cheese curds so far are probably one of the single best side menu items I've had from any fast food restraunt, their easily on par if not better than Vidalia onion rings during the summer at sonic
Also obviously as it is an A&W their root beer based items are just extremely good, root beer floats and root beer from this place are just different in the best way possible.
The customer service is great, the people are always friendly, in fact very rarely do I see fast food workers that don't look like they want to drop a toaster in their bath so seeing such happy faces just sorta adds to the niceties of the place.

Love this place. Service is also impeccable, even when they’re short-staffed. Food is delicious every single time. I can always count on LJS!

I went through the drive thru they didn't give me my sides. I didn't realize until I was at home, 45 minutes away. So that being said they missed the mark there. But the young lady was very pleasant. They were a bit busy. Things happen. The food was good. She did put utensils and tarter sauce in the bag. Which is a plus. Other places you ask for sauce and don't get it. Or they give you your drink with no straw. But anyway good place to eat. I've eaten at this location oh I'd say roughly five times. Usually dine in. But was strapped for time.

Don't understand why certain people gave this place a poor rating. Soon as me and my son walked in we were greeted by the employee at the counter. Our food was ready by the time I got done paying for it. As far as the dining area goes, I saw nothing but clean tables. Only thing I did noticed there wasn't that many people in the restaurant. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday night around 7:30 before they were getting ready to close IDK. My overall experience of this A&W/LJS location was excellent! Better than most fast food places. They always say the customer is right but I think in this case the previous customers who came here are the ones with attitude problem! Bottom line...service was good and food was good. Just needs more business. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Hope they don't shut this location down. Me and my son would like to visit here again.

I see Cynn S. and Elizabeth Weber must have received service from the same person I dealt with at this store. The last time my wife I visited this particular location was in 2023. For the same reasons Cynn and Elizabeth posted; service. There was an elderly lady who works there who believes it is her place to shame clientele coming through the door. My wife and I visit restaurants all over Fort Worth and TX. I am in a wheelchair. The worker/manager who I'm writing about thought it was in her best interest and the interest of the restaurant to openly inquire about my noticeable medical concerns. I respectfully declined based on her immature request. She had a smug attitude after that but proceeded to take our order. After she rang up the order and gave us the total she openly told me that she gave me a military discount, as to make things better for her unwanted inquiry. I directly told her that I didn't serve in the military and her assumption was a disgrace and disrespectful to those who did. I asked her to remove the discount but again with the same smug attitude she stated that it's already on there and it can't be taken off as if no one is going to tell her what to do. We paid for the order and ate in the dining room. As if that encounter wasn't enough, the same lady approached me when I rolled up to the drink fountain to get a refill. Normally, I put my drink between my legs to use my arms to roll myself. This lady tried to grab the drink between my legs and also take control of pushing my wheelchair. All this, while trying to explain that she knows how to take care of the handicapped and in the presence of my wife. I was very direct with the uneducated fast food worker and told her to get her hands off of me. I am not sure if the store needs to provide better sensitivity training for their workers as a whole or do something with this person whom many of us have had unfavorable dealings with. However, my wife and I have elected not to revisit this location based on poor service.
