I’m doing a follow up so the guy who I spoke to earlier was the owner he said he was gonna look into it. He never looked into it so every time I’m at that place or near that place I’m gonna make sure that I go into warn people about their disgusting And nasty ways of preparing food to the owner. You should be ashamed of yourself. People are trusting your cooks and your restaurant and you’re allowing people to take things out of the trash and serve your customers.

The other lady who was cooking sending the burritos and shells and the meat through the oven Shell was torn, so the lady went into the trash, took the old shell that the lady threw in the trash, ripped off a piece, patched it with that one and stuck in the oven. I called her out on it immediately she lied and said she didn’t do that and I watched her with my own eyes. She took food out of the trash and placed it on the silver rack to send it through the oven. Do not eat there be cautious Please. I’m gonna make a complaint. I’m gonna call tomorrow because today is New Year’s and let them know what I think extremely nasty. I wish I could’ve gotten her name is Maria

This is usually my go-to lunch spot, which makes today’s experience especially disappointing. While preparing my food, one of the employees cleaned the stove and then immediately went back to food prep wearing the same gloves—no glove change in between. That alone was concerning from a food safety standpoint.
On top of that, my order was made incorrectly. When I asked for it to be remade, instead of starting fresh, they simply scraped the unwanted ingredient off the top and served it anyway.
I normally enjoy this place and haven’t had issues before, but today showed a lack of basic food safety practices and customer care. Very disappointing experience.

Went here for a burrito at 9:00 and I called before I went and the man on the phone said that they close at 9:30!!!! The rude lady at the front told me that they were closed because they were slow so they closed early! Remind you I had JUST CALLED!!!
I bit into my taco and found a nice long hair. I had to waste time driving back, but I did get a refund. I didnt really get much an apology though.

We absolutely love this place. We visit often and will get street tacos, bowls, etc. But the real star of the show is their refried beans. They are seriously, I am not joking at all, the best refried beans I have ever had in my entire life. PLEASE go here and get a bean and cheese taco!! It will be so worth it!!

From the moment we walked in, Bad Azz Burrito was next level. Dope vibe, energetic and welcoming, bright, clean, and full of energy. We were greeted by their friendly staff who clearly take pride in what they do.
Every bite at Bad Azz is packed with quality ingredients, bold flavors, and that perfect balance of fresh and hearty. The fillings are generously portioned, the tortilla was warm and soft, and holds everything together just right. You can taste the care in each ingredient.
But it’s not just the food. The service is top notch. They were attentive without being overbearing, and quick without feeling rushed.
They also have an 11 pound burrito if you’re feeling frisky lmao.
In short: Bad Azz Burrito hits all the marks, delicious food, warm service, and a great setting. If you’re in the Saginaw or Fort Worth area and looking for an amazing burrito, stop looking. Go. You won’t regret it.
