The cashier had his back to us for about 2 minutes no acknowledgment that we were even there. The store was empty and 3 out of the 4 tables were dirty. Seems like most negative reviews have same issue and nothing has changed as of 10/14/24.

I ordered a togo and went to pick it up and waited at least 20 minutes to be asked if I had a to go order. It took them all of about 5 seconds to pull out the single to go order from the freezer.
I went back in and had a much better experience just ordering from the counter. Great tasting snowcone as usual

Everyone here clearly hates their job. It's 815 on a Saturday night so there is a lot of chatter. The person calling out orders wasn't calling them out. He was hardly saying the name and walkie away. I asked him to speak up bc I wasn't sure if my name was called and he said no and walked away. Thanks.

The employees are incredibly lazy, I asked for a milkshake and they said that "were gonna close in 30 minutes so nah" and I was baffled and confused, especially since they refilled the strawberry ice cream bin, and left dissapointed, that's it, I'm just a bit upset but I wanted my milkshake but left unsatisfied
The place was filthy trash everywhere and got orders wrong. The boy that took our order was playing with another workers and mocking what my son ordered….
