This is absolutely ridiculous! The kids here don’t care how they make these snow cones! Very disrespectful & disappointed.

I am very disappointed in Bahama Buck's this evening it's always been good above and beyond great and tonight not so much customer service was awful girls were rude and myself and my two kids snow cones were flavorless. We got a strawberry cheesecake and two of the shark bites or shark attacks

I was a paying customer with 4 people and purchased 4 snow cones. I asked for an extra cup for my toddler and they told me it would be $1. So I declined. Shortly after a homeless person comes in and asks for a water and they gave it to her for free. Unfair but it's okay. It's just water. That is highly unprofessional though.

I asked them if they could remake my snowcone because the website is not user friendly and somehow I added chili powder to my snowcone even though I didn’t attempt to modify it- I just chose my flavor and moved on. They didn’t even flinch, they happily remade my snowcone and were so polite about it, and I had another happy experience (of many) at Bahama Bucks. I just really appreciate it because I hate to ask for anything, I feel like a Karen, but strawberry cheesecake with chili powder isn’t my jam, and I was having A DAY. Thanks Bahama bucks staff

They did a good job making the snow cone but felt like I inconvenienced them by walking in. They were telling each other to get the customer while I stood there awkwardly for someone to come take my order. Just not the way to treat customers.

Love the concept,the flavors,creations.Very un clean in there,trash can was sticky and dirty.Restroom needed attending.Table/chairs dirty/sticky.The store couldn't have been open long it was only about 1230 pm.on Saturday. Atleast 3 people standing around talking,not one came out to the floor area to clean up.I wondered about the equipment,might I get sick or something from the cream dispensor not being cleaned properly. And did not see anyone wash hands.Made me sad this was our first time in.Not sure I'll go back

I walked in with a smile and a greeting expecting one back , instead I was met with a couple of eye rolls attitude. Definitely don't appreciate it after choosing to spend my hard earned money to treat my mom and niece , please illustrate a better attitude and work on facial expressions

I was so disgusted today. I was sitting at a table eating my açaí bowl when a young woman came in with her dog who by the way wasn’t a service dog. The dog jumped up on the counter and licked the napkins from the holder. She then proceeded to walk to the front register and spoke to the lady working as she greeted the dog. It was obvious they were acquainted with each other. The lady behind the counter started petting the dog. This is completely unacceptable. This establishment contains various food consumed items by customers. Employees also come into direct contact with these items. These behaviors are very unsanitary and unprofessional. I immediately left and have no intent on ever going back.
