Why tf would you have your online ordering systems turned on when you’re closed. We literally CALLED and they said they were open, we go to pick up and order we already paid for and then they’re closed.

I ordered the food for delivery and received confirmation for the order. Waited two hours for the food after being unable to get a hold of anyone at the store and finally the door dash delivery person stated the store was closed. And to top that off, they still charged me for the whole order which I had to dispute with the credit card company.
