I needed a custom cake with a picture on it last minute and tried ordering online but the pickup wasn’t going to be available until tomorrow afternoon. I called this location and spoke with a nice lady who said they would take care of it same day and saved the day. My cake came out amazing and I’m very satisfied with the customer service I received! Thank you for your amazing service and to the lady who helped me on the phone and in person, I appreciate you a lot!

I've loved this particular store for 25 years. The people are always friendly. The atmosphere is laid back.

I really loved this birthday cake! It was delicious and not too sweet, just the way I requested. I was so happy, and my whole family enjoyed it as well. Thank you for making such a wonderful cake for our special day . I’ll definitely be back!

The customer service here is awful and unhelpful they couldn’t fulfill my order and all I wanted was a refund and she was being smart with me saying people have done it before me. Well I don’t have an account so there’s nothing I can do so ig $10 gone. I’ll be going to a different location next time.

This is a pretty good location, directly off busy rufe snow. Great selection, friendly staff. I recommend the Triple Chocolate Ice Cream or the Strawberry Flavor!

Arrived 45 before closing and we weren't allowed seating inside. So we ate outside while our ice creams melted

White girl and dude working tonight didn’t even say hello when I walked in and didn’t offer to help lol. Just had to start ordering and guess if she was ready or not, seems like I’m possibly not alone just looking at the reviews. Just fire her already lmfao.

This location is a favorite of mine! Their chocolate turtle latte is a must-try, and they always have my go-to ice cream flavor—strawberry cheesecake. The staff is so kind and patient, especially when I come in to purchase multiple gift cards for my clients. Great lattes, ice cream and even better service!

Terrible Service
Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
I visited Baskin Robbins at 9:10 PM, 50 min before they closed, the service was awful and the staff was being super rude and rushed us through our order, making us feel unwelcome. It’s disappointing to be treated like a burden when you’re a paying customer. I won’t be going back.

Friendly service. Definitely nice to check out the new flavors. Will be back!!

Save your money and go to Braum’s!!!
Ordered on uber eats. Brownie sundae and small scoop with fudge sauce. Paid $15 for what is pictured. No fudge sauce on the ice cream scoop that was at best a child sized cup and scoop. That was 4.86 with an up charge of 1.11 for fudge that wasn’t received. The second sundae was $9.83 and barely a sundae with 2 small scoops, brownie was decent sized, but squeeze of chocolate syrup was laughable.

The lady working on 12/15 afternoon had ZERO customer service. Just stared at us and was rude.
