Took my nephew in to experience Baskin Robbins. He was so excited to see all the ice cream. Three workers. No hello. No welcome in, mind you they were empty, no patrons. Waited a good five minutes before someone waiting on us while we stood there, then, to find out “we’re sorry, we’re out of all ice cream.” They had empty containers in the freezer and blamed not getting a truck in.

Wow I thought the reviews could be over exaggerated so I thought I would try and give them a chance. All I wanted was a simple cake which I found one that would do, however I wanted happy birthday mommy written on it and the employees could not do it their excuse was their cake decorator called in sick…. I asked if one of them could write it on for me, didn’t have to be perfect, again excuse they wouldn’t know what to use… I said it’s just icing, again excuse they don’t mess with her stuff they are Dunkin’ employees not baskin robins employees, I asked for a discount on the cake since I would have to do it myself then, and wow she said rudely we don’t have to write on the cake. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Get better staff that can take care of your customers!!!!

Went through the drive thru this evening and the lady working was very rude. Asked for a Cookie Monster and a jamoca. Was told they didn’t have either and treated like I was dumb. Those are two very well known baskin robin flavors. This location is horrible. Always out of things. 24 flavors? They seem to only have 4 at best.

This place never has vanilla ice cream. How can you call yourself an ice cream shop and NEVER have vanilla ice cream. I ordered two scoops of cookie dough and I got a mix of cookie dough and chocolate chip ice cream. Didn’t ask me if I wanted a reciept just handed me the ice cream cup and my card.

Short and stout girl was rude to me and my friends when she scooped a sample size and then charged us as a full scoop. Started cursing in front of us and talking bad about us after we called the scoop a half scoop at best. Was super rude to us when SHE failed to get an actual scoop of ice cream. As we walking out she started to say slurs about one of the girls I was with. I will be making a formal complaint.

Daughter tried to get ice cream cone and she was told the multiple flavors she tried to order were all “too hard to scoop” and they were out of waffle cones because no one made any that day. I am absolutely blown away. Customer service was so bad. Do not go here!

Not my job to contact your customers because you refuse to. If you don't have what the customer wants, you tell the customer not the Uber driver

I am stunned to see the staff at this BR location not know how to make a Hot Fudge Sundae ( the absolute worst sundae I have ever had, fudge was not hot and the whip cream on top was runny). The ice cream cone my husband got was a mess with ice cream running through the cone. Not to mention, very dirty and in need of a full clorox clean. Will not come back to this location.

I could see this being a poorly run location for sure…not the cleanest or most organized. Definitely understaffed. HOWEVER, there was a young man there Saturday morning who helped my husband and I with our two little ones and he was awesome. Very calm under pressure (the lobby started to fill while we were eating), accommodated as much as he could regarding toppings for my little ones. He was very helpful. I recognize it’s not always the workers’ fault that a store isn’t run well so I should acknowledge his effort!!

Service was slow & we were only customers inside. Girl finally came to counter but ice cream cooler was 1/2 empty. :( We asked what flavor one of unmarked cartons was & she said she didn’t know! Asked if nutty coconut was labeled right as it looked wrong. Again she said it probably wasn’t but offered no help. We ordered 2 single scoops 1- sugar cone & 1- in cup. Wife’s cup had 1/2 scoop in it so she asked for full scoop & girl reluctantly put some more in cup. She rang up bill as $9.73!!! I said single scoops were $3.79! She said I got waffle cone & I said it was sugar cone…duh! She reset bill $8,21. I gave her $10 cash & she acted like she didn’t know how to ring up. Wife has now walked outside & she fumbles change & gives me $1.25. I didn’t think & walked out without counting change. My bad. We have been there before and had good service & selection. BUT we will NOT be going back due to this experience!

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I ordered an ice cream cake from here for a birthday. They called me to let me know they were out of the ice cream we requested and could not make it for me. That was fine and I requested a refund over the phone. I was assured a refund would be processed. After waiting 11 days, still no refund. I went up to the store to request to speak with a manager to process my refund. I was told there was no manager on duty. The cashier went to refund me LESS than what I paid for the cake. I refused to accept the cash she tried to refund me after I requested the refund be applied to the method of payment I originally paid with. Now I have to come up to the store when a manager is on duty during the week in order to get this addressed. If I knew it would be this much of a hassle, I would have never ordered. I should have known better since they’re always out of things to begin with.
