Service was slow & we were only customers inside. Girl finally came to counter but ice cream cooler was 1/2 empty. :( We asked what flavor one of unmarked cartons was & she said she didn’t know! Asked if nutty coconut was labeled right as it looked wrong. Again she said it probably wasn’t but offered no help. We ordered 2 single scoops 1- sugar cone & 1- in cup. Wife’s cup had 1/2 scoop in it so she asked for full scoop & girl reluctantly put some more in cup. She rang up bill as $9.73!!! I said single scoops were $3.79! She said I got waffle cone & I said it was sugar cone…duh! She reset bill $8,21. I gave her $10 cash & she acted like she didn’t know how to ring up. Wife has now walked outside & she fumbles change & gives me $1.25. I didn’t think & walked out without counting change. My bad. We have been there before and had good service & selection. BUT we will NOT be going back due to this experience!

I attempted to order a few items on Uber Eats and this location was out of the ingredients needed. HOWEVER they still marked their order as completed to uber eats so I still had to pay $20 because I had to cancel the order over THEIR mistake. Pretty crappy having to pay for something that was never made in the first place.
And based off of the reviews they clearly have inventory issues.

Laziest employees in the world I ordered door dash and they were out of something so they refused to make the entire order and when they finally agreed to substitute it they gave us less then what we ordered in the smallest portions with an option of only 2 flavors lol joke show

This review is on the management or lack thereof at this location. Frustrated staff with poor inventory management and running out of items needed to provide excellent customer service. With a 2.9 Star rating on Google, there should be an SOS from upper management to get this location in check. Invest in an experienced manager to clean this place’s act up. It’s going to cost you more, but you’ll see a great ROI if they can get this location on track. It has potential with a great location.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the young man that took care of us was very sweet and gave great customer service to myself and others visiting. Good job, Logan. I hope that the franchise owner gets you a better leadership team so your time here is more fulfilling. Your service deserves 5 stars. The low rating is a reflection of the company/franchise and not you.

We are there picking up quite often, we're Door Dashers, we almost won't take orders from there because they are so slow. I waited 11 min for 3 items. Don't go here unless you have time to waste.

They'll let you order something on their app and drive out for it when they don't even have it in stock. Next time call the customer and save them the trip. I didn't want anything else, could have saved some time and gas on my day off

If I could give zero stars I would. While having date night I bring my fiancé to end the night with ice cream we walk in to half the store being put up for the night 2 hours before close. They had about 20 flavor options and only had about 6 out of ten on display. I asked about the rest where I was told they “are cleaning that side so they can’t serve those flavors”. It was very disappointing. We ended up leaving and as we left I notice this location has only 2.6 stars. Do something about this baskin robins/dunkin otherwise I see it being a 1 star real quick. Is it the locations leadership???? I do not recommend coming here. We are glad Braum’s was open.

I ordered a chocolate Ice cream and for the price it was great. The texture was spot on set to the perfect temperature for ice cream. It tastes like the dairy product used in the ice cream was high quality. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick treat! The employees are great and they work as a team to give you great service every time.

If I could do half a stare I would worst Baskin-Robbins ever! Order ice cream on door dash my dasher told me they didn’t have any of the ice cream on my order it’s for a family of 4 we all got different ice creams your telling me you don’t have any so I try to call the store my self to see what’s going on and no answer called 4 times! No answer even the answer Machine says it’s full I’m the past it’s been nothing but problems as well with Poor service and rudeness this is a GETO! Store new management is needed! New employees needed! Only resin we still go is because are kids don’t understand how bad it is but that stops today we will be going to sonic for are ice cream from now on.

Ordered some ice cream sundaes and did not get what I ordered. They gave me what they wanted to give me. I ordered strawberry, chocolate and pecan praline. I got all vanilla . No strawberry topping or praline topping only hot fudge toppings. I will never order from there again.
