If I could do half a stare I would worst Baskin-Robbins ever! Order ice cream on door dash my dasher told me they didn’t have any of the ice cream on my order it’s for a family of 4 we all got different ice creams your telling me you don’t have any so I try to call the store my self to see what’s going on and no answer called 4 times! No answer even the answer Machine says it’s full I’m the past it’s been nothing but problems as well with Poor service and rudeness this is a GETO! Store new management is needed! New employees needed! Only resin we still go is because are kids don’t understand how bad it is but that stops today we will be going to sonic for are ice cream from now on.

Ordered some ice cream sundaes and did not get what I ordered. They gave me what they wanted to give me. I ordered strawberry, chocolate and pecan praline. I got all vanilla . No strawberry topping or praline topping only hot fudge toppings. I will never order from there again.

Don't waste your time here. I suggest going to the marble slab...atleast they get the orders right.This place will NEVER get the right ingredients even if you specify which flavors you want. You can order delivery at 745pm and won't find out until 9pm that they are out of ingredients and closed the store. I've tried to give this place a fair chance, I've tried them 4 times and everytime my order is completely wrong.

Went a few days ago and I ordered the peanut butter layered sundae. She comes back and says “we’re out pick something else” so I asked if they have the Oreo one and she said “we’re out” so my boyfriend and I got the same thing, Cookie dough layered sundae. And when we got it, it in fact was not cookie dough. It was cookies and cream!! I didn’t get the girls name but she was rude and we will continue to take our ice cream needs to Sonic from now on.

Went in the newly remodeled location on a nice Sunday evening. Was a bit dubious given the reviews, but almost all negative reviews are before the remodel OR from Uber eats (et al) orders. But going in was a great experience, and the employees were nice and curtious, allowing us all to taste test one or two flavors each. The ice cream and atmosphere were great.

I ordered a photo ice cream cake and it was so delicious! There were a lot of ice cream options to go with the cake compared to other stores. Alyssa was so nice and decorated it exactly how I asked. I am very happy with my experience with this store!

This place is always a challenge. Just today, I tried to order a chocolate milkshake and three different pre packed quarts in very basic flavors. Uber driver calls and says sorry they can’t do any of this order. They quite literally had nothing including chocolate ice cream. What? Very frustrating. You can read other reviews with the same experience. Why are they even on the app then? Don’t bother trying to order from here.
They didn't have anything and employees aren't helpful at all .

There is a limited selection of flavors (24) and a few of the flavors are freezer burned. The shop is pretty clean. I will say the peanut butter chocolate was awesome and the people working were polite

Placed an order online for a cake a week prior to my event. We showed up on the scheduled day for pick-up, and the store was closed! There were literally men doing construction on the building. I tried calling the store a few times also, and nobody answered. The fact that I was able to place an order for a store that wasn't even open is ridiculous. I should have been notified by someone letting me know my order wouldn't be fulfilled. I ended up having to place an order at the Rufe Snow location, which we should have done from the beginning. Thankfully I scheduled my pickup a day before my son's party, so there was time to get another cake made. I called this location two days later, and their voicemail box was full. I ended up calling corporate and am waiting for a refund.

Don’t order on line with is place especially on Uber eats. When you order on the Uber eats app Baskin Robbins will go ahead and process your order and then when the Uber driver gets there to pick your order you will get a phone call stating that they are out of ice cream it’s happened to me twice now go to Braums dairy Queen anywhere but here then to top it off after the phone call I got I went on the Uber eats app and canceled the order obviously then got charged a cancellation fee.
