It’s easy to find has its own parking and the service is super quick. Real Mexican food and some other stuff that I’ve never seen. I everything I’ve had here has been wonderful and the staff is great and attentive. They will definitely see me again

First and LAST time I come here. Unfortunately I had heard greer things about this place from a friend of mine a couple years back, and was very disappointed. Came to eat with a friend and as we were finishing up our average food, a roach lands on my side of the table from the wall or ceiling. We didn't even finish our food. Another waitress saw us freaking out she came and grabbed it with a towel and left and our waitress never apologized or offered a discount. We had to mention a small discount at checkout for the fact that we didn't even finish our food.

We were all referred to Benito’s but it wasn’t what we thought it was going to be. We all got different food. My brisket tacos came soaked and the tortillas just fell apart. The meat cooked was very rough and hard. But it’s worth trying. Everyone has a different palate and might enjoy the different flavors. Parking is difficult at times in this area. It is a bit more expensive than other restaurants. It’s better to order a meal and not À la carte items.

I stumbled upon this place while walking in Fort Worth and decided to give it a try, but I was really disappointed. The queso was not good at all, it's surprising how you can mess that up! Additionally, I found it frustrating that I couldn't switch to white rice without having to order it as a side. Substituting anything on the menu seemed impossible as they wanted you to add another side. I wish we had saved ourselves the trip.

The plates looked good smelled good, taste not good. Paid 66 dollars for rice and beans because thats all we could try to eat just to be nice, even rice was crunchy but again our party of 5, 1 person ate more then 1 enchilada. Chips n salsa are great, people are super nice. Maybe ease up on the spices and sweetness in the food. Also was forced to tip, didn't give me a option , who knows you might have gotten more but tip is a option.

This is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with the woman at the front register, which is disappointing after years of coming to this restaurant.
The first time, we were seated outside while she helped several other customers who arrived as well. Despite making eye contact multiple times and walking past us, she never approached. After 15 minutes, I had to go inside and ask, and her response was, “Next time let us know.” I told her it should be common sense to acknowledge customers who are clearly waiting outside.
The second time was tonight at 10:03 PM. She very rudely told us the restaurant was closed, even though the website said they were still open maybe it just needs to be updated online for the confusion.

The food had no flavor at all not even the beans. I had chicken flautas,no taste chicken was dry. Barely any sour cream on it. I had Margarita on the rocks and it was like drinking water. My husband had the beef guisado and it had no flavor and alot of onions. We tried adding salt, pepper and the hot sauce. Waitress was not polite at all didnt even say hi.Will not be going back. We told waitress food had no flavor and she just said that's how its made everyday. I guess she dnt eat there. The only good thing you dnt have to pay for parking.

Delicious, satisfying, authentic Mexican (not Tex-Mex) food. Very friendly staff and nice ambience. Excellent tamales!!

Bland. Really bland. Could find no distinction between the chicken, chorizo, or beef. All tastes the same nothing. Not coming back. Disappointing.
