Heck, go anywhere else but here.This was HANDS DOWN the nastiest food and worst experience I've had in a long time.3 burgers, 3 screw ups.Decided to try to eat them even though the order was incorrect and it was our dinner. The food was just low quality and flavorless - the cajun fries didn't have any seasoning on them. Even the brisket and sausage that was on mine that wasn't supposed to be was gross.Absolutely will not be going back and I suggest you don't even bother. I should have known with this being a Dickies family restaurant as Dickeys is some of the lowest quality BBQ I've ever eaten aside from Mesquite Pit in Weatherford.

The food was good. The size of our fries were probably about the size of a small though, and we are paying $10+ for each meal. The cups on the drinks are the yellow plastic ones which is nice. The burgers were good but the amount of condiments on them were next to none. I do not recommend unless you eat there to have your food corrected when they mess up. Other than that the burger patty itself was well cooked.

Very disappointed. Order consisted of a Chuck Norris burger and a Cheese burger with a request for fried onions. The Norris burger didn’t have BBQ sauce and the Cheese burger didn’t have the fried onions that were paid for. When I called to explain, I was told that they sold out of onions during the lunch rush. No communication. No offer to replace burger. No I’m sorry.The burgers didn’t have much flavor and tasted like a frozen patties. Skip this place and try something else. You’re welcome.

Man, did I really want to give this place a try and then leave a 5-star review because who doesn't love a great burger? Well, after our first visit tonight, the best I can do is 3-stars but follow along as I explain.The food was pretty good! Seems the theme of BIG burgers is what they give! I ordered the Dbl Royale Grilled Cheeseburger. It is huge!!! The flavor was very good! It is a legit Dbl cheeseburger wedged between two grilled cheese sandwiches! My wife ordered the Dad Bod burger but asked for some modifications. This is where the stars start dropping off. None of the requests she asked for were even attempted! I asked for a premium add-on to my burger and nope, not there.Our sides were forgotten, so we had to go back and get them. It was the Mac 'n Cheese. I'm glad we went back because I really liked the mac n cheese! Creamy and flavorful!These burgers are not cheap! It would be nice for the restaurant to take some care when making the food and packaging it for customers. I will say it didn't look like they were distracted by a high volume of business, so there are no excuses for not getting it right!Will we go back and give them another chance to earn a loyal customer? Yes, because as I said, the food is pretty good. I just hope they can get it right next time!
