Food is great, one of the best pizza's I've ever eaten. But the people that run it can stand to learn actual customer service. From my understanding, ordering multiple things is great for business owners, it's more money. But the guy serving us straight up demanded "don't bother [him]" after he delivered our food. When a to-go box was asked for guy was confounded because we didn't order to go.
When a restaurant builds a rep for good food, only thing that will motivate me to go or not is the customer service.

So, I had a deep hankering for a sub sandwich. I pulled in the parking lot with the intentions of satisfying said hankering when I noticed this Italian joint sitting next door.
The more I eyeballed the Italian joint, the quicker the hankering for the sub shop "sub"sided. (Pun). After careful contemplation, I decided to enter the Italian joint and satisfy my curiosity.
Upon entrance, a fella in a white T shirt emerged from the deepest recesses of the kitchen. He looked a bit like the Fonz, what, with his thick, dark hair, slicked back and his apron pulled down. Then, as he began talking, I shifted from Happy Days to a Rocky/Joe Pesci esque theme. A true, full blooded Italian with a thick patch of "The Bronx" coarsing through his veins, "Big Joe" is straight of a Hollywood movie.
He looks the part. He talks the part. He is the part. And he's got arguably the best damn Italian in the Metroplex. This praise being heaped upon him from a level 7 reviewer ranked in the top 10% of restaurant reviewers on Google. In short, I know my stuff. And if it's info u crave, you'd be wise to listen as the resume speaks for itself. I don't heap praise. It comes hard earned. And "Big Joe" earned it.
If you're in the neighborhood or on the other side of Anchorage and need an Italian fix, don't stop til you get to Joe's. Best decision you've made since agreeing to dance at your daughters wedding.
You won't regret it. And if you're lucky enough to meet and speak with Joe, count your blessings. The dude is an institution. But don't ask to take pics. Bo, don't know Diddley and Joe don't do pics.
But if it's heaping portions of pasta and other Italian dishes that u heart desires, don't stop til ya see Big Joe.

When I dined here, I ordered the chicken parmesan. The serving size was pretty decent for the price.But the chicken was very poor quality and hardly edible. On the other hand, the spaghetti sauce was some of the best I had ever tasted. The staff was very attentive, and the restaurant was very clean. However, I do believe that they were having issues with the air conditioner because it sure was hot in the dining area. My boyfriend had the calzone, and he enjoyed it as well. I really wish that the chicken they had served me.Wasn't brown and chewy because I most certainly would have made this a weekly spot if I knew the quality of the meat was better. I paid $13 for some spaghetti and a piece of chicken.So I was expecting the chicken to not be rubber. Maybe next time if I decide to go there I will choose to only eat the spaghetti without the meat.

Never again will order from this place. I called at 11:44am placed an order for a chicken salad . I get there and this man with long hair see’s me at the drive thru and does not ask me what I ordered . He did see me and ignore me . Waiting for 10 min waisting my time had to go in and he was doing nothing . No customer in store just 2 people in a table . I ask him why he has a drive thru for . He said I have no order . He had 2 bags for pickup and says I have no order . Very disrespectful .While I was walking out he kept screaming and arguing . Getoooo place to go. Will never go there again and will spread the voice where ever I go. Horrible customer service .
This is my favorite pizza place. I used to drive from Mesquite to Euless just to pick up some Big Joe's pizza. Now I work in Fort Worth and I get it at least once a week. Service is amazing, I have been to 2 locations in Fort Worth and it has always been a good experience. Thank you so much guys

It must have been over 110 °F
Burned, greasy, and too hot (building temp). No longer worth the drive. Sad, I've been driving down from Denton for the last 20 + years to eat here. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Coming from OK where they have zero decent Italian food, this is heaven! Young man was very polite and patient putting up with my questions. Food was good. I would have liked a choice in salad dressing, but my bad for not asking. I was very pleased, very satisfied and will return. Extremely extensive menu and everything looks delicious. Place is clean and bright. The only issue I would have is the Pepsi products (because I am a Coke lover), but that is not a deal breaker. Keep up the amazing work you are doing!
