Great burger, just a tad over cooked and underseasoned, but the potetial is there and from the looks of other Google photos, it could have just been an off-day. Fries were good. Soda was cold. Would love to come back to try the food again for a second opinion however, homegirl that took our order could not have been more dry and rude. I ordered a combo, she responded she didn't have combos, everything is an upcharge. I looked at the menu to confirm what I read where it literally says COMBO MEALS and she still wanted to argue about not offering combos and everything is an upcharge when the menu clearly says otherwise. Never greeted. Never smiled. Never a thank you. Just rude. While the food is pretty great, the customer service needs some rehab and could absolutely be the reason some people never return.

We had a large group show up and order food around 6pm. Big Kat decided to cook some of our group's burgers at that time and then to prioritize new tables that showed up after ours. I finally received my burger at 9:30PM and the bun was soggy with grease and the meat was extra rare. I still ate it and was disappointed.

Hot damn Big Kat!!! Don’t contemplate..ACT, don’t walk..RUN! I decided on this bomb ass food trunk because the reviews were bulletproof and good gawd they lived up to the hype! To start, my cashier implied he only started working there bc of the Last chance so I was instantly sold ? It’s a beauty when all the ingredients in any dish work in perfect harmony and let’s just say this burger left a lasting impression. The burger couldn’t have been any fresher and the grade of beef was juicy and tender! The oozy pepper jack complimented with the candied jalapeños were in perfect tango. The only downfall if any is the fact that I live in Little Elm but I’ll always make a pit stop to come support these beefed up burger slayers! Much appreciated ??

These guys know how to make a great hamburger! I've had their Lil Tigah and a few sliders and it's good every time. The meat is cooked just right without charring and never undercooked. There are different kinds of hamburgers to suit everyone's tastes and the cooks are helpful with suggestions. The fries are perfect; cooked well, seasoned perfectly and leaving you wishing that you could have just one more when you are finished.
Avoid the processed warmed up garbage that the normal fast food places make and come here instead. This is MUCH better than Sonic that is caddy cornered to Big Kat.

This is our new favorite burger spot! First off let me tell the customer service is amazing. These guys make great suggestions and are very welcoming. We got the Brute, Last Chance, and the little tigah with fries for my family. The food was a 10/10. It has the homemade taste and I highly recommend this spot!

Good burgers, the guys are great, service is a little slow because they cook everything to order. Its a food cart and there's no protection from the sun so just be prepared to sit in your car so you don't have a stroke lol.

Hands down the best burgers in DFW! I have been lucky to live near these guys for a few years and find myself grabbing a burger at least weekly.
The burgers are phenomenal. I recommend the mushroom bacon swiss, but I have loved each burger I’ve had. The compact menu is a reflection of how seriously these guys take freshness and quality. Every seasonal burger is a hit, and I always need to try them.
The hospitality at Big Kat is at another level. Service is exceptional, and the staff is always willing to help. The founders, Mike and Bryce are almost always present at the grill! I love the spot that Big Kat has in the community in Fort Worth!
This is a good truck. We stumbled upon this place while out drinking. The burgers were amazing. Big, heavy, a little greasy. Do it! You won't regret it.
