Birdie’s was so accommodating for my friends and I at my birthday party. They were communicative and made sure we were taken care of! The band was great, the food and drinks were amazing - overall great experience!

Very cool and relaxing place. We came to see One Head Light play here. This place had some great service at the bar. It did take a while to get food, and when we got it, it was kinda cold. We only ordered their drinking queso and quesadillas. Other than that, this is a very cool spot to hang out. We will be back, just not for the food part.

Everything was fantastic! Service was fast they bartender and cook/server were kind and helpful. We brought out two kids here for karaoke... the internet was messing up.. we didn't care because we understand stuff happens, but our youngest was getting a little discouraged... the bartender got him on the hotspot and then gave us funnel fries for the wait! Our girls had a blast singing, and we felt welcomed! The food was yum, and the drinks were great! We would definitely go back! Thanks John! I think....
Birdies is a great a great atmosphere, our bar tender was Morgan. She was amazing she had a great smile she walked to our table and went out her way to make sure our experience was the best. She’s absolutely is one of a kind and knowledgeable about the menu and how to properly serve our party. She handled everything flawlessly and we will be back. A+

My first time visiting for brunch, when my food arrived a side of as missing the food runner started walking away as I was letting her know, started talking over telling me that was extra when the description on the menu states what comes with it. The rest of the food that was delivered was wrong. We could not talk to the same lady delivering the food. We had to ask for our mimosas flights at the bar and told they were not ready when it had setting there. (Ordered the same time as the food)

Cool atmosphere but poor service. Don’t order a mimosa unless you want 95% juice. Ordered two mimosas and the bartender poured champagne into my glass and started to pour into the other glass when he ran out of champagne. Instead of opening another bottle (which is what should have happened) he proceeded to take the champagne in the first glass and pour it into the second glass, leaving only a little of champagne in each glass. He then started to fill both glasses with so much juice (to make it look like a full glass) that I had to stop him. When my husband went back to ask for more champagne the bartender stated that was their standard pour. Even though he took champagne out of the first glass???Disappointing to spend $10 on basically straight orange juice.

This place is just strange. Visited for the first time yesterday and sat down at a table with my dog. There was no QR code on the table. The bartender and assuming manager just stared at me. I continued to sit there and wait on a friend. No one came by. The bare minimum the staff could walk over and explain the process. Nope they just watched me sit there. Wild. We moved tables because the speakers were extremely loud. Love music but it was too much. Finally, moved tables and found a QR code on our second table. Scanned it and the menu didn’t have any cocktails on it. So I got up to ask and guess what… the manager was like “yeah the app isn’t working correctly”. I mean why didn’t he come over and explain that and bring a menu. There were maybe 6 other people in the place. They had a huge opportunity for some personal touches. Instead they wouldn’t move from the bar. Our first drink was awful. Returned it and got a new one. Then we went to tab out. It gets worse. They’d some how already ran my card. Like why? Charged me incorrectly. The manager returned it to my card. All this happened without discussing it with me. Then tells me what happened. Makes me tab out. Hands me the itemized receipt. Got over charged. Refunds that and then charges me again. I left with 6 receipts. All this happened on clearly a slow night. I really hope the owners take some of the negative feedback/reviews and make this place better. Also, no water for the dogs.
An excelent time every time we go. Down to earth people, a great outside patio, John is an excellent bartender, laughing margarita is incredibly good (dangerous).Yeah birdies slaps.
