BJ’s has excellent food, but you won’t get to enjoy that with curbside from this location. I’ve tried it twice. Both instances, I’ve lost patience about 10min after checking in at my scheduled time. So, I walk inside. I see my food sitting on the shelf with no one in sight. When they do wander out of the kitchen, they tell me they were about to come out but it’s busy. I’m left with cold food and regret for having tipped them with the assumption they’d be bringing my food out.

The restaurant was not clean our booth was still dirty when we were sat. The bathrooms were disgusting and had no soap in the women’s restroom. My husband and son said the Men’s restrooms was also disgusting. Our server was spaced out and unengaged, took forever to greet us and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, brought us the wrong drinks twice. And lastly the food was not good at all. Over all it was a pretty bad experience. My family use to visit this location often and always had a great experience so I’m not sure what has happened in the last couple of months.

So we usually like to dine in and enjoy the actual location. But lately we've been doing order out and picking it up. I have to say for the price that is payed for the quality of food and lacking in attention to detail has pushed me and my wife to officially boycot this franchise. How hard is it to follow the order details? How hard is it to offer good quality food at an affordable price. This isn't a fine steak house, so how is it that for two people to order a somewhat moderate size amount of food (2 entrees, one appetizer and one dessert) come out to almost $100!? This is a freaking mall resteraunt! Not a 5 diamond rated personal chef location. And it's not just BJ's. Every single resteraunt is now practically unaffordable. It has absolutely become a luxury item just to enjoy some "ok" food.... continue this trend of raising your prices and skimping on quality and staff that are able to comprehend an order and you will see your profits tank!

Went we got there our waitress kept walking away as we were trying to ask her questions about the menu. We felt very rushed to order. We ordered our steak “medium” and it was cooked “well done”, like very “well done”. My fiancé could not even eat it because it was also very very salty. I mean you specialize in making steaks , how could mess this up?! We didn't see our waitress after we got our meal until we asked for the check. They brought her the wrong drink. I would never go back there ever again. My fiancé used to be a waitress and she knows how hard it can be. We still left her a decent tip.

Fantastic server! Guided us through a pop up lunch in a location we aren't too familiar with. Shared pork dumplings with dipping sauce. Could have been heated more but very tasty! Left with a free cookie!!
Cream was the BEST server ever!!!!! She was so kind to us and took our table even tho we weren't on her section when we were accidentally seated in a section with no waiter.
