Went here for a date night with my wife. We enjoyed our Margarita flight while we enjoyed the NBA FINALS. We enjoyed our fried calamari for an appetizer, and I had the New Orleans jambalaya, which was very delicious. My wife had the Ahi Poke appetizer we enjoyed our night out for a Wednesday night thanks for the fun night

We had a party of 15 and our waiter, sorry don't remember his name, was very attentive and polite.

Great gluten-free pizza and pizookie with ice cream. Even the wedge salad is GF.

I was really disappointed with my online order. The bowls of soup were missing nearly a quarter of the soup, which felt like I was being shortchanged. Even worse, it was supposed to be tortilla soup—but there wasn’t a single tortilla in sight. No crunch, no flavor from the tortillas, just a watered-down broth. For the price, I expected much better. This definitely didn’t meet even the most basic expectations.

I always like the quick service and TV/sports atmosphere at this restaurant. I ordered the asian chopped salad. The chicken breast cam whole and sliced instead of chopped this time. I definitely think chopped tasted better.
We also got the new snickers dessert. Everyone at the table liked it and shared it.

Colby was such an amazing bartender. He knew all of the drinks that I would like, I don’t normally like drinks! Not only was he knowledgeable but he was so personable. If you go in, make sure you ask for him!

You need to get your kitchen staff better trained, took our grandchildren, food came out in stages, the kids food coming out last, when we eat we eat as a family not in stages as our food comes out, because of this the food that came out first was cold by the time everyone’s meal arrived, the service here is always slow, again the kitchen staff needs either training or retraining

Last night we visited BJ’s for the first time… mainly because we kept seeing the commercials for their dessert. We will never be visiting BJ’s again after our experience. My husband ordered a rib eye medium rare and the steak came out completely raw and cold… we eat out frequently (3-5 times a week at restaurants) and have never had a raw steak served. Our server apologized but a manager never visited our table and nothing was offered. The hostess was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming… which also wasn’t a great first impression. With the amount of restaurants in the area, you are much better off eating somewhere else.

I was really disappointed in my dining experience. My steak was cold, my loaded baked potato was hard and cold, and the Caesar salad was lacking. We did, at least, have a nice waiter.

The worst BJ's I have ever experienced. I went for Christmas Eve and everything was horrible! Anytime they serve you a waterdown ranch dressing salad 🏃‍♀️ run fast away from that place!

We brought our family in for Christmas Eve, and invited another family of 6 to eat with us. My wife and I ordered from the Pizookie meal deal menu. Our meals were good as she got the burger and fries, and I enjoyed the chicken parm with pasta. While dessert was offered to the table, no one else was interested, but my wife reminded the waiter that we were expecting the pizookies with our meal. I was presented with the check and had to step outside to get a good enough signal to pay for the check with the app they preferred we use. In the end our ticket was over $110 as we had our two children, plus a girlfriend and drinks. I guess it doesn't pay to go for the meal deal if the wait staff doesn't support it. I recommend striking these from the menu to avoid disappointed customers.
