The legend itself. A Fort Worth landmark that makes Fort Worth feel like home for anyone who has ever lived here. You simply cannot go wrong with anything you order. Everything is delicious. The only downside is that their renowned popularity amongst the locals means they can sell out of their best items rather quickly, and because of their commitment to making everything from scratch and fresh every day, you can arrive to find your favorite items are already sold out. Not to worry though; there's always a wonderful substitute somewhere behind the counter. My personal favorites are their apple fritters; do me a favor and save me one if you go here and see that they're running low ;)

I have only had the breakfast end of their sweet-treats here at Blue Bonnet thus far. First off, the staff is super friendly and everything looks nice and clean. The old church they are in is so cool. The tiny upside apple monkey bread things (no idea what they are called, but pictured) are their Magnum Opus. Absolute perfection. The rest of their breakfast treats are pretty darn good also. The donuts are not what you would expect from a normal donut shop so don't expect the same thing, still pretty good though. Bonus, their prices are fantastic. In this economy its nice to still find a deal out there. I'll be back to try more 100%

I came in about 7:30 and asked the young girl if the almond crunch were fresh as there was only a quarter tray full and she had quite the attitude for asking that question and said yes they were made this morning. They clearly were not or the tray would have been full. I buy these all the time and these were crunchier than they usually are. I was also overcharged for 6 of those and 6 sand tarts at $ 5.99. I usually pay $5.00.
Fix your customer service or I won’t be returning.

When I called the lady wasn’t to friendly since it was my first time trying to inquire I guess I was bothering her to get information and do her job. I FINALLY got the pink cake in help with my friend that when called they were very nice with her. I was happy my family got what they wanted but I couldn’t even stomach the cake after the way I felt.

I had come for a petit 4. Unfortunately, they were out, as they normally are because petit 4s are very popular there. When Mena heard about my predicament, she went into back to look for more and let me buy one that she had found. It was very kind and made my day! Also the pastries are amazing and a very cute atmosphere

Ordered a custom cake and we loved how easy and affordable it was! The cake decorators did a great job making something similar to our inspiration pictures and it tasted delicious. The bakery looks really cool, too. Any small issues that came up were easily resolved

Thank you so much. There wasnt a peice of cake left at our 250th Navy Ball. The cake was beautiful and didn't break the bank. So appreciative of your efforts. Definitely will recommend you in the future.

This is one of the hardest reviews I’ve ever written because I have been a loyal BlueBonnet Bakery customer for over 25 years. I called recently to inquire about a specific item and spoke with Christina. Unfortunately, instead of listening to my request, she immediately told me what they couldn’t do. When I asked for clarification—since I had just ordered a similar cake two weeks ago for my daughter’s birthday—she insisted that the policy had been in place for the two years she’s worked there.
When I requested to speak with a manager, she stated that she was one. Her dismissive and unprofessional tone left me shocked, especially given the many years and countless special occasions I’ve trusted to BlueBonnet. Out of frustration, I ended the call and reached out again, this time speaking with Magali, another manager with seven years of experience. Magali was kind, understanding, and immediately attempted to resolve the issue. I greatly appreciated her excellent customer service and assured her I would share that feedback with the owner, Michael.
Sadly, despite Magali’s efforts, Christina’s attitude has made me reconsider my loyalty to a bakery that has been a part of my family’s celebrations for decades—from all 26 of my daughter’s birthday cakes to my granddaughter’s, as well as bridal showers, baby showers, church events, and social gatherings. It’s disappointing to think that such a long-standing relationship may come to an end because of one employee’s lack of professionalism and care.
