I’ve eaten at the blue mound Café for breakfast a few times. It was OK. But this will be my last. I ask for sausage gravy not sausage put into gravy. I was speechless at what they brought me. Apparently the cook doesn’t know how to make sausage gravy. Not only that but I was charged extra for the one piece of sausage. Waitresses are good atmospheres pleasant the cook well not so good more like awful.

There are now several of these local restaurants. I have visited two. The feel is of a small town cafe'. The staff is very personable & friendly. They will take time just to chat & get to know you. The next time you visit they will know you. The food is very good, homestyle cooking & plenty. I would recommend.

The staff and management are extremely kind and even when busy have always been on top of it. Ms. Patti has become an icon in my book for top management and small town diners. Can’t say enough good about this spot!

This is my family’s favorite place to eat. The food is good. The menu is extensive. I’ve never had anything bad from here. The staff are so sweet. Tree and Renae are our girls, they’re the best! They have THE BEST corn nuggets in the area. We love Blue Mound Cafe!

I have been to 2 different locations so far. I have had a great experience with this place. Just like the rufe snow. The food was great, and so was the service. We loved the food. Fresh cut fries. Chicken tenders made in-house. The chicken fried steak was very good. Also, a great selection of dessert. Very quick service. Staff are polite and tentative. Great local place with good selection. Also, sever breakfast all day. The prices are also on point. Plus, certain days have good specials
