We are gals this place has reopened under a new name. We stopped in for a couple of Vietnamese Sandwiches, noodles, and Taro Milk Teas. All were delicious and freshly made. Kind front and back of house staff.

I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I was hesitant but I’m glad I chose to check it out myself. It was the closest place from my wife’s work, Boba drinks were sealed like most places normally do. Staff was young but attentive and very friendly. The Boba, from what my kids said, was better than the other places they’ve been too. They had a blast playing some claw games while waiting for our drinks.
