I would say that they NEED to have a better service, and don’t be that slowww. Also when you have a group of 10+ people, and having the tables please set up everything, don’t wait for the customers to do it , like we DO today! Also we grab the cleaning stuff to clean our tables like really ? We talk to the staff and they DONT CARE MUCH!

Came in Wednesday evening for dinner, didn't feel like cooking. My husband and daughter had the cheeseburger and I tried the brisket melt which was pretty good. It wasn't crowded and service was quick.Parking: Parking is never an issue for this location, but the parking lot is shared with condos in this area.Kid-friendliness: The environment is kid friendly with a yogurt shop next door for desert.Wheelchair accessibility: Good amount of handicap parking spacing easy to navigate for those in a wheelchair.

We made it into the restaurant about 11pm and walked into a nice atmosphere. There is a really nice patio sitting in front of the restaurant. We were happily greeted by the hostess, which is awesome! We had great service from our waitress. Our food came out quickly. Our boneless wing plate and the South West Quesadilla Chicken Salad were delicious. From the fresh salad to the seasoned potato cut fries, spicy ranch dressing, everything was delicious! We will definitely be back to this location!

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! I ordered from here last night on Uber eats. Ordered the Jack Sampler and an order of fries. I received barely any fries, all of the wings could fit in the palm of my hand, and the egg rolls were overcooked. $27 for barely any food and overcooked egg rolls. Like they just threw the trash scraps pieces food in my order instead of disposing of them. AVOID this place especially if youre not sitting in the restaurant making sure you get good quality food.

Ma'Kayla & Hannah (trainee) we're our waitress, and they we're both nice with knowledge of the menu. They both had great positive attitudes, and both had beautiful smiles. Food Was HOT, delicious, and had a great portion. If you want good food, SKIP this place. We got a couple of different flavored wings & different sides to try. Not any of the food we ordered were good. They were unseasoned & very underwhelming.The garlic parm was the most disappointing, trying 1 was more than enough. It was basically unseasoned chicken with a couple of cheese strings on top. The sides that we got were bland. On top of that, there were multiple wrong things with our order even when what we ordered were pretty clear.

Food was consistent similar to other locations. The service was good. Our waitress was very attentive. We had to BLT sandwiches, salads and flavored teas. Fries and BLT was slightly greasy but to be expected. Tees and salads were awesome. Overall, we had a great time and great service. I want to rate this 3.7. however there's no such thing. I do recommend the location and there are many other things to do in the area before after you have your meal. Also, and ideal location for doing some shopping in the same parking area to the rear of this location. There was no wait to be seated

I really like this place but it gets super loud inside. Sitting in a booth, it is so loud you cannot have a normal conversation. Service was as expected, the waitress was great but you could tell she had more tables than she should. That is our new norm though. Most restaurants cannot get enough waitstaff to work. Over all it was pleasant. I would go more if it wasn't so loud. Not sure if it the design of the building or just so many people just being loud.

I been to this location 3 times already I went on birthday which was 2 weeks ago I enjoy the food and music. Than I went back the next day which was a Sunday with my aunt we had a great time. And we just went again last Sunday.
