Boomer Jack’s Lake Worth — Not Coming Back
We had a really disappointing experience here today. From the moment we sat down, it was slow and disorganized. Took about 10 minutes just to get someone to take our drink order, then another 10 minutes for the drinks to actually show up. After that, it was another 15 to 20 minutes before anyone came to take our food order. Then another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the food to come out.

The management has no clue what customer service is. Today the manager chose to air the a&m game on the big screen over the Texas game. No one was there to see the A&M game. He had several request by numerous tables to put the game on. When we told him no one was cheering for a&m and everyone was cheering for Texas, his response was, I don’t care and he walked away.
