This place was gross! There was mold around a ceiling vent, roaches in the bathroom and a leak in the bathroom. One customer said her food tasted sour and was told it was "just vinegar". Just waiting to see how soon we will start getting sick from food poisoning. Do not recomend!

We went in for a carry out meal my husband and I first the staff were rude, my husband really wanted this so we ordered got joe the food was cold dried out the whole experience was bad for $28.13 never again and to top it off they asked for a tip.

I pick up deliveries from this restaurant or at least I attempt to. They will close at any time. Many times they are out of items. I used to eat here about 10yrs ago and they were great. They should just close up and no longer go through the motions.

Picked up some thanksgiving family meal. Included turkey, mashed potatos, mac & cheese, and stuffing. Added extra side of potatos and stuffing plus a whole pumpkin pie. $62 total. The service was good and faster than previous years. But the food was not as good. The sides of mashed potatos, stuffing and gravy were really salty. Very dissapointed since I got extra of the salty sides. Hopefully our dog will like them.

Do not go to Boston Market on Hulen in Fort Worth Texas. The food is disgusting, I will never go back. The customer service was great and the restaurant was clean

It's not what it used to be. There's not all that hustle and hustle that it had many years ago. Chicken is still good, but it's limited to the amount of chicken being cooked. Half of the machines are not even on anymore. Food is still good, but it's just like a sad environment in there. Definitely not what it was.
order was taken wrong. i ordered the turkey dinner and they gave me dark 3 pc chicken. not sure how those even sound similar? WAY over priced for what i got ($36 for 2 meals!!!)Mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were gross. You can tell the mashed potatoes were made from box mixes and not mixed well. Last time I came they were out of literally everything we wanted. Not exaggerating at all :( So disappointed because it used to be good.

I remember going to the Boston Market ft wrth tx Hulen location every few weeks regularly & getting a huge DELICIOUS order for my family & i... the food quality & taste kept a LONNNNG line of customers coming back for more monthly! Yall now should be so Ashamed to the fullest Corporate & those in management for Boston market for allowing the Empty, CustomerLess', HORRIBLE NASTY FOOD SERVING Hulen St location to remain open Tricking unsuspecting customers to buy there!!! Last time i went to that location, the food was not edible..i haven't been back since! Do not go to these Still Opened locations because its not The Same Boston Market Food most of us remember...Close the doors permanently & stop serving inedible nasty Foodl!! Please! ??
