Came here a few months ago and the staff was excellent. Today, we walked into utter chaos. It seemed did not have the appropriate amount of staff and the two girls that kept going back and forth behind the bar seemed like they were having a very difficult time keeping up. They were visibly very young. There was a lot of chatting and giggling happening. Their bar looked messy and I’m just not too comfortable having bartenders who are clearly right out of high school. I honestly felt very bad for them! Let them serve for a little bit! They clearly did not know the recipes (my old fashioned was way too sweet) and just did not seem equipped for the job at hand.
I think it is obvious that they were not set up for success, whether that be due to their lack of training or being short-staffed. I wish them luck but wont be returning until there is more of an appropriately aged staff.

The bowling & food were both great! We chose Bowlounge because we saw on their website that the price is $19/hour on Mondays before 3:00pm. At checkout, I noticed I was charged $38/hour. When I pointed it out, the manager said something like “those prices are old; we haven’t charged $19 in awhile.” I explained we chose to come because of the special pricing on Monday before 3:00. She said she would discount it and then threw out a bit of an attitude which was totally unnecessary. I still tipped more than 20% because the servers were great and very friendly. Fix your website and avoid this next time! I like your place and have been three times in less than a month.

My family and I love bowling, and we’re so glad we discovered this place — we only wish we had found it sooner! The lanes were spotless and well-maintained, which made for a smooth and enjoyable game. The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for families or a fun night out.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food really exceeded our expectations — definitely not your average bowling alley snacks!
We had an absolute blast and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great time!
