The food was great as always! We try and eat at a Braum's whenever we're close to one as we don't have one on our town. The ice cream was amazing! The only thing I'd say that wasn't top tier was the cleanliness. The booth we sat in had grooves or slats and there were huge chunks of food and tons of crumbs between them. That was nasty. They need to do a deep clean on those because I'm sure they haven't cleaned them in a while.
asked for a tuxedo sundae. worker repeated it back and was hung up on receipt but got something else. ordered four things and didn't give me a bag. handed them to me individually and I had to ask for a bag. poor quality service.
My children love Braum's, and we visit each time we are in Fort Worth! it is welcoming neighborhood spot, and a lovely after-dinner treat for my family. There are some great ice cream flavors, and you can't go wrong with their frozen yogurt. Beyond being delicious, it is affordable.
