I used to really enjoy coming here, but the last two times including this evening, the wait was totally ridiculous. I ordered 5 Jr. burgers and 6 pc. Chicken strips and it took over 20 minutes waiting after paying in the drive through by their door at the end of the curb. I sure hope they can do something to improve their service.

Loved visiting and getting a german chocolate waffle cone with my mom. She and I both had our first jobs at this store (30ish years apart)! The store looked well kept and clean. Manager Mai, still busy working as hard as I remember!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly bathrooms, shopping and dining.
I was trying to do my order.When the register associate decided to say you have to get out.You cannot have pets in here.My poor dog was maybe 5 pounds had her in a Carrier against my chest.Small baby tvery rude.The lady had already When I first walked in one of the others so she said your baby so cute we asked her. Are we able to come in with our pet? She says yes,and she is a ESA animal ??

4/11/2024, it's been a long time since I've been to a Braum's, but I couldn't wait to try it again. I got the cheeseburger ? and fries ? and enjoyed it. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean except for the bathroom ?.We went to San Antonio for the eclipse, from eastern Nebraska, by auto, so when we're driving a clean restroom is a priority. Three stars ? ? ?

Well this one is NOT so good. Show up at 10:31 am and the said they could not serve me breakfast. Wow the Golden rule is NO at 10:31 AM!!! This Brauns is losing money. There were 2 other couples that were denied breakfast at 10:32 and 10:33 AMWE ALL WALK OUT HOW SAD. I AM GOING TO SHOW UP AT 10:29 AM AND I BET I WONT GET SERVED. DONT GO TO THIS BRAUMS AT 10:31 AM BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET SERVED. YOUR THE OWNER EMAIL ME!!!!!!!!!!
