I needed a break, and I was told I would be eating here. As we ordered, the young staff were very polite, which I'm not used to in most restaurants. We received our food very quickly and it tasted great and was very filling. My only issue was that their speaker system is way too loud. When they would announce an order number, it actually made me jump a couple of times. Beyond that minor annoyance, the overall experience was definitely one that will have me coming back again.Parking: There is plenty of open parking space, and their handicap access ramps are on both sides to the entryway so you can easily get into the building from either sideWheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking is available on both sides, and the automated doors, making mobility significantly easy for handicapped is a very considerate building design.

This Braum’s was by far the worst store I’ve ever been in, the cleanliness was a zero the service was a zero then they did not have any the back of the store behind the ice cream counter so filthy. The store itself was so filthy trash everywhere tables not washed down the cabinet over there by the tea in the straws in the drinks Filthy nasty! I would not recommend this store to anyone if you want to go into a dirty restaurant you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into if I had time I would call the health inspector, but I don’t have time for that but they should be called!! And and there was enough employees to take care of their dining room!

This was my first time to a braum's ice cream and I was delighted. The first thing that delighted me were the choices of ice cream! I have to add that they have burgers and other things also including breakfast burritos. Then I was delighted that they had a sugar-free ice cream that I really liked. I was surprised that they seem to have a mini grocery store with produce and of course a lot of half gallon ice cream flavors. You can take home. But the best surprise at all was the price! We got delicious waffle cones with lots of ice cream and it was delicious and cheap!!

This is BY FAR THE WORST BRAUMS ON THE PLANET!!!!!!! I literally hate this location I’ve given them many chances and they never fail to fail me!!!! I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!! This is out of order and extremely unprofessional and making a claim with the bank is just too much look at these dam hamburgers !!!!!!
On this visit we visited the shopping area to buy the quarts of ice cream they often have on sale. I am Diabetic, so these were purchased for my wife. As always, she had greatly enjoyed the ice cream.
