Braum’s Hamburgers

Just picked up lunch for my family and got 3 unblended milkshakes. It was a scoop of ice cream & milk on top. I got 1 malt & you could see all the unblended malt floating in the milk on top and to top it off everyone had under cooked fries. I will pick a different braums next time.

6/15/24 @ 8:50am.. pulled up to drive thru speaker. Was promptly greeted and asked if I could wait a minute. I said "Sure"... watching the clock I waited exactly a minute then asked "How about now?" She replied, "Sir we have a lot of orders, it’s going to be a minute." There were 3 cars in the parking lot and only me in the drive thru lane. I said, "It's already been a minute and I need to go." She said, "If you don't like it you can go somewhere else." So I did.. NEVER going back. And I was a frequent customer.

I order a candy bar mix and I put my spoon in and it was numerous hairs that were not mine. I was so pissed I didn't even go back. I thought they had on hair nets then I'm thinking the young kids working there did it deliberately. I will never return there. This is why I stopped eating fast food because they don't care and no adults run these places anymore. I just was upset the whole night because I really wanted it

Came here on Feb 22 around 8 PM. I was greeted by a super helpful and polite guy on the drive thru speaker (his named was Haneef, not sure if I am spelling it correctly). I ordered modifications on all three of my sandwiches and they were delivered both fresh and made exactly as requested! I have been here several times and have never had a bad experience.Truly a legendary Braum's.

It's my favorite burger and ice cream place. The service is fast, prices are good. We go there two or three times a week.

So far. So fresh. We were all starving after my diabetes soccer tournament final. It was right in the middle of lunch time. We couldn't believe the flavor and freshness. We were expecting bland fast food. Thanks Braums! We'll have to come again!
