Updated Review : I've been going to Brix for about 5 months now after I found him on yelp. I only had to go once to know I would go for the rest of my life. Trevor makes the best Q in FW, hands down. Maybe the entire DFW area. Since his pop ups I used to attend, from full briskets to tacos, I have never had a single bad bite. He's such a cool guy and I'm so happy to be able to support his business and watch him grow. If you try Brix you will not be disappointed.

If you're in Texas get to this place (even if it's a few hour drive). Some of the best bbq anywhere. Everything is made in house and everything is amazing so just get yourself there.

Outstanding BBQ! I had a sampler of brisket (fatty), sausage, ribs, pickles & onions, All homemade! Owner is a great guy and shows 100% respect for his customers and more importantly for his employees! When you try this BBQ you'll throw rocks at every other imitation bbq place! I'll be back many many more times.

Hands down some of the best brisket I've had in a while. Tender, juicy barktastic, and when you throw in some burnt ends My man Big T knows what the hell he's doin with his meats.

This Man knows what he's Doing plain and simple, I only tried the Brisket (lean) is what I typically ask For, Met my requirements Not Dry Tender and Definitely Good Bark Brisket was Great but the reason I Came looking for this place is I saw he had Beef Cheeks Smoked all my life I've only had that in Mexican Barbacoa was Very intrigued I'm glad I tried it out it was SO TENDER MOIST AND PEPPERY I TRUST LIKED IT IN TACOS, will be back to try the Rest of this Man's Q

Those tacos are on point man. There are a lot of flavors going on, but everyone brought something interesting the the party and played well with each other. The pineapple salsa was a stroke of genius. Soooo... tacos again tonight?

Trev may have grown up in Indiana, but he sure knows how to make the best Barbeque in Texas!

If you're gonna do BBQ in Texas, you best do it right. And no doubt, Big T knows what's up. You've gotta be in the know to find this guy so if you haven't given them a follow on the gram, do it now! He posts their events and scheduled pop-ups that you won't want to miss. Check out the stories to see some behind the scenes shots and if you're lucky you'll get a peak of his sidekick. The brisket is a must try, but he's always changing up the menu so don't be afraid to try what's new.

Trevor, the pitmaster, is a great guy to talk to and he knows his barbecue! With his homemade custom offset smoker he smokes some amazing meat. The fatty or moist brisket is my favorite. Ask him to "beer me" for a free beer!
