I waited in line for an hour+ several times when it was a food truck in a parking lot. It was worth it. Now, walked right in no one in line and ordered. Everyone who eats Texas BBQ knows how much that says. I hadn't been since just after they moved to the brick and mortar location, and I regret giving it another chance.

Came back, still hoping for the original quality we loved from the food truck. Probably won’t be back. Brisket was dry even though we asked for fatty, not the great flavor of before. Everything else was just average.

Wife and I stopped in and tried a few things and all that we tried was so delicious: the brisket, burnt ends, elote topped with barbacoa, Mac and cheese… all so tasty. Absolutely the best burnt ends we’ve had in Texas. The people and service were top tier. Highly recommend.

Checked out Brix on a Thursday right at opening. Ordered the Tour de Brix with an added side, burger and brownie. The brisket was good, not a thick peppery crust like I prefer but it was still cooked great. The burnt ends were some of the best I’ve had anywhere. I got the end of the ribs and they were thin and mainly bone, the outside was tough but the meat itself was good with a sweet flavor. The jalapeño sausage was good flavor but tough. The pulled pork was sitting in a pool of grease and just wasn’t anything special. The barbacoa tacos were also sitting in a 1/4” of liquid from the meat making them difficult to eat. The straight taste of beer overtook any flavor they might have had. All the smoked other than the brisket and burnt ends seemed like they were all just reheated but not quite enough, dried out and kinda tough on the outside. The sides seemed the same way, reheated. The Brix Mac was without a doubt reheated, the cheese was set on the noodles, no creaminess or liquid and the Tasso was super dried out. The burger was fantastic and on special with a side for $9.99, unfortunate I never got my side it came with and wasn’t going to keep asking for it. The brownie was good but along with other things, wasn’t freshly made, definitely on the dry side. I wanted to try the Texas Porchetta and a funky town chicken sandwich but they didn’t have them available.

Maybe I just hit them up on an off day or them trying to get rid of some leftovers but for now I would go back just for a burger and some burnt ends.

Horrible.... don't bother eating here ..they told me when we ordered, they only had brisket and pull pork and ribs...ordered brisket and ribs. ..then they told us they only had pork and ribs ...the food was adequate not exceptional....try blu's in North Dallas... much better BBQ and sides.

We ordered the Tour De Brix and we were blown away with the quality of everything on the plate! It would be too hard to pick a favourite because everything was 10/10. Sometimes it seems sides are a bit of an afterthought but we had the elotes and slaw and they were both so tasty. We really appreciated being asked what type of brisket we preferred e.g. fatty or lean (of course we chose fatty) and the burnt ends deserve a very special mention - so tender and flavoursome 🤤 the service was also 10/10 all staff were so friendly, in particular Robert. Thanks so much from Australia - we will be dreaming of this meal for a long time!

The establishment has a taxidermy deer mount vibe. After you order they hand you a cup to get a water as you wait. I ordered the tour de brix, funkytown hot chicken, le brix burger, and medium rare chocolate chip cookies. Service was fast on a Saturday. However, after reviewing my order i noticed my chocolate chip cookies, onions, and pickles were missing. They don't give much onion and pickles so I didn't trip over it. I did ask for my cookies. It's 2 per order. The staff member was professional and did apologize. All the meats were seasoned and prepared perfectly. I wasn't a fan of the sides or cookies. I tend to eat bread with my bbq but no bread was needed. The four stars is because items were missing from my to-go order and burnt ends had more fat than meat. Unfortunately, they didn't have turtle brownies. Will have to call ahead to see when it will be available on my next visit. Note: Highly recommend the le brix burger.

Favorite BBQ in Fort Worth

I had the burger, two tacos—one barbacao, one pulled pork—and extra crispy fries. The smash burger is double meat and was one of the best I’ve had. The barbacao was amazing, and so was the pork—juicy, tender, and flavorful. The pickled onions on the tacos was 10/10. Very happy I found this place. The location and the service was exemplary as well.

The BBQ here is just great. Brisket is always amazing, Turkey is moist, burnt ends are delectable. The bartender is very knowledgeable about whiskey, and will gladly talk with you about their collection! Only down side of this place is how stress inducing the parking lot can be.

Parking: Very small lot, better off finding street parking

This place is phenomenal. Extremely secret. Hands down the best BBQ in Fort Worth. Their specials are super good too. Try it if you haven’t. Also, we now buy briskets from them for holidays.

Do not go to this place! If you’re are a person of color. I treated badly by the bartender I was her visiting Fort Worth on business.

Tried brix again at their new location and the taste/flavor is not there anymore. The sausage was rough to chew and felt over cooked. I get that i got lean brisket but why was it super dry? At least spray it with some seasoned water or the drippings from the other brisket. I loved their food truck and food but it has changed.. the patio seating was nice though.
