My husband and I used to go to BWW pretty often when we lived out of state, and haven't had an issue with the food. With that being said, we were disappointed. Twice 😖 (first time was during dinner, second time was during lunch). Service was fine, but everything was cooked way TOO LONG. The waitress was awesome. Very attentive. What I didn't like is how children were able to go behind the counter, how the bartender talk to people while the guys wait to be interviewed. Also the bartender says well he don't want a job. If the shoe was on the other foot I would have left as well the overall environment was off.

The dip trio is a 2 star item. The queso was good but the guacamole is overpowered with citrus and the salsa is sweeter than I prefer. The chips are on the thicker side and felt slightly stale.
