My husband and I used to go to BWW pretty often when we lived out of state, and haven't had an issue with the food. With that being said, we were disappointed. Twice 😖 (first time was during dinner, second time was during lunch). Service was fine, but everything was cooked way TOO LONG. The waitress was awesome. Very attentive. What I didn't like is how children were able to go behind the counter, how the bartender talk to people while the guys wait to be interviewed. Also the bartender says well he don't want a job. If the shoe was on the other foot I would have left as well the overall environment was off.
We normally love buffalo wild wings! We've had I feel bad experiences with different locations in the past. Tonight was the first time we had an issue at this location. We ordered food to go and right off the bat three things were missing from my order. I went back in, and they were quickly corrected, but in the 10 minutes it told me to drive home, our french fries were hard and ice cold. I ordered onion rings, which were all stuck together.
