The only server was Dasani and she was doing an AMAZING job, the hostess could've helped her out but didn't for some reason. I spoke to the manager, who was also the cook, after we finished eating our dinner. He told me that, other then Dasani, the hostess, and him there was only one other employee. I understand the lack of the necessary employees but this is a failure of higher management / corporate and is an exploitation of both the shift manager and Dasani's hard work. They should both get a raise and extra compensation for their effort

I went to this location Friday 12/12/25 and as a family we all thoroughly enjoy eating at BWW. My Server was amazing, the kindest most sweetest girl ever but my issue is with management and the establishment as a whole. My 1 year old daughter was sitting on her seat eating and she got up to reach her drink then all of a sudden there was a bang and I look over and she fell through the seat of the booth! Upon further inspection, none of the seats were bolted down and every ry single seat was like that. I called my server over to see if we could speak to a manager and she brought the manager over. I didn't expect for anything to be comped, while we didn't necessarily enjoy the food or were able to eat anything I just don't operate that way but I did let the manager know that something needed to be done because what's to say another child won't go through the same thing. She did apologize and said she was pulled from a different store so she'd let the manager know. My server was super apologetic and I let her know that her service was great and I didn't have anything bad to say about her, and we were talking and apparently when she was speaking to the manager (who I found out WAS the location manager) said that this SAME thing happened the week before AT THE SAME BOOTH!!! Now my daughter has a big ole goose egg and absolutely nobody took accountability for it and it's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt

The food was great. The drinks made for us were fantastic! My husband and I sat at the bar and the bartender there was super kind, helpful, and conversational. The restaurant itself could definitely use some updates, but otherwise we had a wonderful time there

I Doordash and this restaurant is so bad I've been fighting with Doordash support to block it for me so I never have to get an order from here again. They're NEVER on time and are usually 10-15 minutes late. There's usually not even someone at the front desk and they frequently have no idea what you're talking about when you ask about an order. And as the missing cherry on top, this is one of the stores with the highest rate of missing items I've ever had the displeasure of picking up from.

Wings did not have enough sauce. There were chicken feathers on the wings. The waiting area in the front of the restaurant near the entrance has a dirty unpleasant odor and should be cleaned.

As nearly every other review mentions- service is awful and staff dgaf about customers. Sat for nearly 15 minutes before anyone asked if they could take our order- after multiple staff members saw us and just didn’t care. This place needs new management ASAP. All I can think of is they hired a 18 year old with no life experience as a manager to lead the team. Seriously worst Bdubs experience I have ever had.

I went in at 5:43 pm, was shown to a table and have been walked passed for more than 15 minutes. I mean I wasn’t even served a water, or even had a waiter for that matter. It’s not like it’s an overwhelming crowd, at least then I would’ve understood. I just walked out at 6:08pm..

Extremely bad service. Walked in waiting to be seated. Woman at bar , thought was also dining in turns out she was the waitress. Phone rings she walks towards us and say what y'all just standing there for. We seat ourselves. Waited and no acknowledged us a woman passes says she will be with us never came back. Worst service ever.
I got an advertisement on a deal, 20 traditional wings, fries, and veggies for $20. I have a Wingstop 3 min away and chose to go for this deal even if it was 20 min away. I get my order, get home, then suddenly realized they gave me boneless wings. I hate boneless wings. I wasn't driving 20 min back to complain, so my Thursday night football game was ruined. I'm not one to complain but cmon guys, pay attention.

Food service atmosphere all crap! Walked in set up my table for at least 15 minutes no waitress came in and said anything to us. Our waitress was at another table talking to another table, another waitress told her that we’ve been waiting, she still continued to not attend us. I would understand if it was super busy, but her section literally had no one in that section. The food came out super gross!! We ordered the ultimate sampler in everything was small cold and just dry and gross.. this location sucks really bad. I won’t come back.
And I’m not gonna mention who the waitress was because I don’t want her to get in trouble but I was in the section of table 24*

Great food and atmosphere as always! The service at this location when carrying out is just sad. Placed an order online at about 815, got there at 850 as the app suggested and I STILL waited over 40 minutes for a small order. The waiter at the front was terrible and the place wasn't even that busy and so that was really disappointing.

Trash 💩 service waited 30 minutes for service. We were sitted quickly but no help. Went to the bar for a beer and they said we needed to wait. Workers kept walking past us like we weren’t sitting there. They had the audacity to say “bye guys thank you”. You didn’t even serve us water or anything. Never felt so annoyed by a place in my life until now. I wouldn’t recommend going here with friends or family members.
