Buffalo Wild Wings

I’ve always loved BWW but I’ve never been to this location and will probably never be back. The service just wasn’t that great, we waited up front for awhile before even seeing a worker to seat us. (They were not very busy at all). The food was cold and I was really disappointed with the fried pickles. They were all mushy and barely had any in the basket. The new wing flavors were good though, besides them being cold. And our server was nice but it seems they could use some more training.

The food was okay, not great. For a Friday night, not many servers were present and our beers sat at the bar for almost 8 minutes after they were poured.

Would probably be good if we could get a table. There were several tables open told we couldn’t be sat because they were under staffed and the waitress had just been sat twice. If you can’t handle being triple sat you don’t really care about making tips. We left and walked to chipotle.

This place has the worst service I’ve ever had. They took like 15 minutes just to come over & ask if we had anyone offer us anything & they couldn’t even put the college football game for us. When I asked the waitress if it was gonna be possible she just very rudely answered “I don’t know, you’re gonna have to ask him (the manager I’m assuming). We got up & left. Went about a mile down the road to a place called Back Porch Drafthouse. So glad we did. Better service & better atmosphere.

Food is ok but I have visited so many locations and the only one that really has excellent service is the one located in Waxahachie TX. The rest are a disgrace of service.

I will never visit this BWW again. The waitresses were so rude, disappeared for long amounts of time, and snapped at you if you asked something of them. I was inquiring if our appetizer was put in. It wasn’t, because it was practically thrown on the table in front of us by our rude waitress as she threw our dinner down. Never saw her again, not to check on us, see how it was, refill drinks, I was missing food!! Y’all are lucky I gave you three stars for food, seeing as how we were served raw fried pickles. The manager than threatened us after the horrible service we received. You’ve lost our business for good.

Is it just me or does it just keep getting worst. Half coated wings you can tell are not made fresh, and service is horrible. The servers don’t like to serve and are not friendly. They seem inconvenienced when you ask them for something, isn’t that what they do?

Sorry I had to ask you for a drink my server was too busy chatting. It seems like when it’s busy it’s not as bad as when they have more time for us and slow I have worst experience then when it’s busy. It was just me and I ordered right away and it still took me 1 1/2hrs to get out between waiting for my food and waiting to check out.

I did an online grubhub order. It said would be ready 6:50-7pm. I got there at 6:50 and she asked my name, went in the back but did not have my order so thought was still cooking. At 6:58 I asked if was close and she went to back again, and this time a guy brought her back to the front area and got my food out of a container. It was already there when I arrived. The fries were barely warm and had to put in air frier, cheeseburger was still warm enough but very greasy.

The food looked old. The chicken in the wrap was hard and it was barely wrapped up. The wrap used to be my favorite thing to get but lately they are made poorly and not like they used to be. I was missing my ranch sauce that I paid for to go along with my carrots. The fries were very hard and crunchy like they were old or been under a warmer or something for a long time. The carrots were the best thing from my order which is a shame. It’s getting worse and worse each time I order.

Arrived on August 26th 2024. Thursday night football Dallas vs NY. 8:45 pm . We walked in and took a look at the restraunt and cou ted at least 23 tables were dirty and had not been cleaned off. No waiters around , no greeter, and possibly a manager drinking at the bar with people. Decided it was not going to be a good night after waiting 15 minutes to be seated. Could see workers in the back cutting up laughing . Someone needs to get this establishment in order , or does anyone care. This was not the first time we have had problems with this location. Get it right, could be a great place to hang out if someone just put a little work into it.

I placed an order to go while I was doing doordash and didn't get there in time but I was really upset at the pathetic quality of the fries that I received. They looked like they had been picked up off the floor or put in a corner somewhere. They were stale and burnt. I've never gotten such disgusting fries. Then I had to wait an additional ten minutes to get my order because no one was available even though I walked into the bar area.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the Ravens vs Cowboys game and the atmosphere was great.

Got my takeout order after waiting over 15 minutes at the takeout counter before I was even acknowledged. Drive 20 minutes home. Queso was not in the box with the chips. Had 2 orders and neither had the queso. The whole reason we ordered to begin with. And now they are not answering their phones. Have been calling for 30 minutes now. Will not return!!!!
