Great service. We had a large party of 19 for dinner and they accommodated us just fine. Very attentive and organized.

The chicken was NOT FRESHLY COOKED. Uncleaned tables and not busy at all. Just a bunch of lazy people. Looks like it had been sitting there all day and NOT HOT. FLOWER MOUND LOCATION is much better!

We went last night, the place was not full, we left after 40 minutes, we ordered our drinks and the server never came back, I called him twice and no answer, I could see our drinks sitting at the bar for probably 15 minutes. We were not able to order our food. We usually go to the one in highland village and the service there is great, we will not come back to this one.

Went for the first time and had a really disappointing experience. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes before someone finally took our drink order, but we never received anything. We tried to flag down our waiter several times over the next 20 minutes, and he just kept ignoring us, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. After 30 minutes with no drinks and no service at all, we ended up leaving and walked to In-N-Out instead for dinner.

More than 30 minutes waiting for 6 wings pick up order is ridiculous!
- Wednesday night 11/19/25: the place is empty and still the kitchen staff can’t make a simple order.

Waiting 20 minutes for a draft and 30 minutes for 15 wings is too long. Never getting napkins when requested and the server attempting me to charge me for a kids' milk I never recieved was just negligence. Manager Terrence did make things right and saved the experience. I will not be coming back again, however.

Sat down with two other people. Ordered, food came out an hour later. My sandwich was great! The tots were cold. The boneless wi gs and fries were cold. Wait staff is the greatest but the management is terrible. A patron should not have to wait an hour for food food. My family has decided this location is dead and off our list. Will not go back anytime soon..

I was very disappointed in this BWW location. As soon as we came in EVERY SINGLE TABLE that was “open” for seating was filled with cups and plates. There was no table available to sit and eat at, only two seats in the bar area. Where we proceeded to sit before heading to the restroom. Where the seats were all sticky and no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. This Buffalo wild wings location was disgusting. And during this entire thing not one person seen on the floor. No manager, no server, no bartender. Don’t come to this location, it is DISGUSTING!

Was actually pretty good experience. Went there on a Monday afternoon at 630. I can see why the negative reviews.the hosts look to be college students. But hey the food is good and they got big TVs ! Our waiter checked on us multiple times even though there was a few rowdy bunch. Great place for family and friends! They don't pressure you to leave so that's good. Lots of room at the bar too! Als the Garlic wingless chicken was so good!!!!

Terrible as we arrive fairly empty restaurant we are told have to wait 20min to be seated no problem. The hostess said the manager told her this. As we get our table we then take 15min to receive our drinks again not very busy.
Ordered 2 appetizers only received 1. Upon receiving our food it was cold. After we waited almost 2 hours. As we are eating there is a roach crawling across the floor. There was a couple setting here they immediately left.
From out of town so normally never check reviews of buffalo wild wings normally across the country it’s a safe bet and pretty good. This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been at.
Again I hope the owner gets ahold of this just good feedback hopefully this place will turn around to get repeat 1st time customers.

That was so bad I threw it away before I was done. I ordered wings to go and to their credit, the customer service wasn't terrible. When I got to work and started eating the boneless wings with garlic Parmesan, they were so salty it was hard to choke them down. On top of that, they were cold and they didn't sauce them at all. It looked like they the some sauce from across the room and whatever landed on the wings was how it was sent out. I also ordered some regular wings which were more terrible than the boneless wings. They were ICE COLD, tough with no meat on them, and sauced the exact same way as the boneless wings.
To to it all off, the waiting area for pick up ordered smelled like I was standing next to a dumpster. No exaggeration, JUST. LIKE. A. DUMPSTER.
Assuredly, there are better places to eat, like literally anywhere!

We have ordered dinner via DoorDash from here multiple times, but tonight our order was given to the wrong DoorDash driver and when our driver raised questions and confirmed with us that we hadn’t received anything they refused to make it. We order from here two to three times a month, but we will never do business here again. They should have made it right.

Your employees need proper training. The service we received was unacceptable. They failed to bring our initial drinks, never refilled our empty glasses, and didn't even bring our food out. On top of that, not a single person offered an apology. This was truly the worst experience.
