This place is filthy dirty every table had debris of food and drinks and the food is cold was horrible tasing but definitely not fresh. Went into the Ladies room and one toilet had wires coming out with toilet full of paper towels the next had a “sorry out of order” sign and the last one had no one in It and the door was locked!! This place needs management!

We get told a wait time yet they have cleared numerous tables and bar area without seating anyone for over 15 minutes now. Everyone here ignores us and is extremely rude. This place has went down hill greatly…. Sad. We will go to twin peaks

My take out order was not ready, they said it would take at least an hour longer then scheduled. I had ordered an hour ahead so this would not happen.

Do not order to-go at this location. Several orders were lost in the kitchen. After waiting hour after my eta pick up I was told they can't find my ticket in kitchen. They found my order in system but would not print a new kitchen ticket to expedite or get it started. More than half the people there for pick up had same issue where they could not find their tickets either in the kitchen. They did not prioritize the orders they had in the kitchen based on when orders where placed. Only solution offered was the manager offering to refund but then had us leave and said would process refunds later tonight.
Every single time I order to go the order is wrong. The last 4 times. I have learned my lesson that this location is incapable of following an online order and ensuring it’s correct.
