You gotta be kidding me with this sauce coverage. Whoever is working on 3/16/25 in the takeout line is doing a terrible job. First time this store has turned boneless wings out this bad.

Man, i need to learn my lesson not to trust places like this and check the order every time.

Ordered $100 worth of wings, they forgot my wedges and gave me only two small little packs of the carrots and celery. Guys, 4 carrots and 4 celery sticks for 60 wings? Lol. They also didnt give us our ranch and the food was actually cold to room temp at best. Good thing we went and got it 10mins early.

I ordered 10 traditional wings in Asian Zing and a lot of the wings had feathers on them.

I asked the server if I could get a new batch and was told that it would most likely also have the same issue.

I ended up saying to just take them off the ticket and I just sat there as my partner ate their wings(with no feathers mind you). After about 10 minutes the server returned and asked if I wanted them remade and that she felt bad, I declined. Another 5 minutes passed and she came back again and asked if I was sure. I was sure, my partner was already halfway done eating by the time she asked the first time and I was not about to wait for them to be done only to start eating after my partner finished their meal.

I am absolutely shocked at the nerve to say that re-firing the dish would most likely yield the same result. I will not be returning to this location.

Probably one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ive been too. Very Slow Service.

Been going to this location nearly once every week to start 2025.
Service has been spotty. It is seat yourself so it takes a few minutes for a server to greet you.
Once they come over we got drinks and order in quickly.
Since we go on Thursday (aka BOGO boneless) it takes 10-15 minutes to get your food. Which is reasonable based on the number of people in the restaurant.
Food quality has been great each time
I recommend garlic parm and Jamin jalapeño
With totes or wedges.

All the reviews you see on this place are true. Or at least I’d be confident in saying that if I ever got my food. We were seated and had our orders taken fairly quickly; however, we were sat there waiting for almost 45 mins before our waiter even came back to check on us and at this point we hadn’t even received our drinks. Our server came back to ask if we had received our appetizers which we hadn’t. She went back to the kitchen and someone else in our party noticed her laughing with another coworker and she came back out to tell us that our orders had “accidentally” been deleted. She offered to take our orders, but we chose to leave in fear of how worse the service could be.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Only good thing my party had to say was the decent music selection. Go enjoy the better food options in the area.

my shy little brother went in to grab some silverware because his food we ordered for him from there didn’t come with any and they refused to give him one single TO-GO PLASTIC SILVERWARE because he didn’t buy anything right then and there? lady had a nasty attitude towards him, and he’s only 12. rudest staff and worst customer service. don’t come to this location, just get wingstop by montgomery plaza lol.

Fresh hot food and a satisfying meal-that is what I had expected when I entered the premises of Buffalo Wild Wings. Instead, what I got was disappointment served cold. Literally.

Now, about the celery: it was limp, soggy, oozing juice as if it had crawled from some horror movie swamp set. It did not even look like food and was completely unfit for serving. Celery is one of those things that is most easy to get right-crisp, fresh, and presentable-but this? It belonged in the trash, not on a plate.

And then there was the rest of my food. Cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. For that, there is just no excuse. Serving food hot is perhaps the most basic expectation in dining, and this location failed utterly. It made me speculate about how long my meal had been out before it finally arrived at my table.

The only highs of this experience were the fried pickles, potato wedges, and even the waiter; he was very polite and attentive. But let's be real: good sides and good service can't make up for a meal that has been ruined by such blatant carelessness in the kitchen.

This place needs to step it up. First, check the ingredients — rotten food has no place on any plate. Then, food should be fresh and served while hot. The above are not high expectations; they are bare minimum standards.

I would definitely not recommend anyone to this restaurant until these improvements are made. If zero-star rating were an option, that would have been a sure shot from me.

Don't come here! Servers are rude and ignore you while waiting on other customers. Was going to purchase something but after sitting at the bar for 10 minutes was told to move to a table, that wasn't clean, which is why I was at the bar to begin with. Waitress told me give her a minute and she waited on customers who came in after me. Bad customer service!

the waitress was nice and helpful it being alil busy but two times there was stuff floating around in our drinks the first time they got me another drink then came another with the same stuff floating in it ,then the wings with bone in was like beef jerky tough like they been recooked or something I couldn’t eat it then the potato wedges were burnt so yea not a good first time experience here for me.
