I ordered from this place through Uber Eats during my lunch break and was extremely disappointed. The burger was way too salty, and the fries were just as bad. The amount of salt was overwhelming and honestly ran my blood pressure up.

I was really upset because lunch is supposed to be something I enjoy and relax with, not something that leaves me frustrated. This was not a good experience at all, and I don’t feel the quality matched the price or expectations

Hannah was rude, obnoxious, and completely unprofessional. Before we were about to leave Jackie stepped in and helped us and took care of our order. And then the manager Courtney stepped in and smoothed over everything. We forgot there was even a problem with Hannah except for the fact she was still walking around stone faced. If we ever go back again we will be staying very clear of Hannah. Other than that the food was good as usual and the place was clean.💯Happy Veterans Day!🫡

Just had to walk out due to no service. There are an over abundance of servers and manager trainees but no one recognizes that the trainee bartender is im the weeds and doesn’t know how to ask for help. Please get to your new stores and bring our regulars, Leah and Jena, back.

Visited while in town for a college game yesterday 9/17 and just wanted to say I received great service at the bar for a late lunch. The woman working the bar was not only super friendly but she seemed to be doing everything in the restaurant.

I’ve been to plenty of not-so-great BWW locations, but this one was definitely not one of them! The wings and the chicken wrap were both delicious, and the atmosphere was great. The only downside is the side of carrots and celery that wasn’t cleaned properly and I couldn’t feed to my baby. Other than that, it was a really good experience!

We came out on a Saturday night to try to grab a bite to eat and maybe have a few drinks, we sat at the bar and was served by Leah. Service was terrible, she wasn’t attentive and seemed to be having a bad day. We ordered appetizers and they came out cold after taking 30min, we wanted to order entrees but it felt like we were being ignored and after sitting with empty drinks and cold appetizers we decided to cut our losses and asked her for the check, even getting her to pay us out took forever. I was eager to try this BWW out since I hadn’t seen one in this location before but I was extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.
