First and last time ordering from this location. Half the order was broken, partial wings. I've never been served such pitiful looking wings. Celery was rotten.

I came to pick up my order and was told it was not ready. I waited 7 minutes and asked again, and they told me they were still working on my order. After waiting about 20 minutes, they finally gave me my order, but it turned out it had been ready since I arrived and it was cold when I received it.

I ordered food and came to pick it up at 10:30PM and the employee working, Jasmine, was so sweet and had such a great energy. Her customer service brightened up my night.

Got delivery order and they forgot an item. Tried calling store about issue. Would be on recorded hold for 60 seconds and it would tell me no one was available to take call and it would hang up. I tried repeatedly for 30 minutes and still no one answered.

Just a take out place. Not recommended for dine in. They process all the doors Dashers and dine in in order. So you will have to wait untill those orders are done even if you're the only table there.

Don't go here for lunch! I put in an online order at 12:33, the app said my order would be ready at 12:50, and didn't get my food until 1:18. I only got it that soon because I tried to, very politely, cancel my order because I had to get back to work and the lady at the register felt bad for me. She was very kind, and I hated to be that person, cutting in front of others, but she insisted. There were only two people working and they were obviously struggling. The lady at the register had to keep going back to assist the cook. This is a scheduling issue, or maybe someone called in sick, but a good manager will do anything to keep his or her staff from being overwhelmed like this. The staff didn't seem to feel like this was out of the ordinary, so I tend to believe this is bad management. I hate to see good staff being badly managed. I gave 3 stars because the wings are fine, no better or worse than any other wings you get from these places, and because the staff is trying. Management gets zero stars.

If you want good service and a polite staff, DON’T try to order here in person. If you don’t want to be cut off mid sentence while trying to order or have someone pop off an attitude with you, DON’T order here. If you don’t want to feel discriminated against from a racist staff member DON’T order here. This male staff member should be fired immediately. Completely unacceptable!!

This location used to be one of my favorites, but the quality has dropped a lot recently. I usually order every week or two, and the past few visits have been disappointing.

Just look at these boneless wings, some are literally smaller than Chick-fil-A nuggets. They gave me 10 pieces packed into a small box (the size they normally use for 6-piece wings or regular fries), which shows how tiny they are. This has happened couple of times before, but I assumed it was just bad timing and all. Unfortunately, it seems to be a consistent issue now.

Last week, I ordered the BOGO boneless Thursday special (6 + 6), but when I got home, there were only 10 pieces.

I really hope management takes note and brings the quality back to what it used to be.

Order this for pick up only for them to completely miss half the items in the order. Ordered Thai Curry they gave me hot buffalo. The deal came with large fries didn’t even get those. When asked server rolls his eyes and said four minutes. Safe to say never coming back.
