Order fulfillment was significantly delayed; a 20-minute wait occurred despite the order's ready status. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on our professional standards.

Every single wing flavor in my order was incorrect.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Food is fresh and delicious. Customer service is great. When I ask for extra sauce the young man front says “I got you” and I love that. Fun, clean atmosphere. We’ve been back 3 times now in the last couple of months. Good prices if you order online.

This location is very convenient to me and I have been meaning to give it a try. I ordered online and arrived a few minutes before I was told it would be ready. Order was ready right on the dot. Everything was fresh and tasty, I went with bone-in dry rub wings and they were excellent. I don’t have a preference, my order was exactly half drums and half flats. Since this was my first order I ordered a small amount of wings, wish I would have ordered more. The wings were a nice size and filling though. Will definitely be going back.

Terrible service. I waited 2 hours for food that was never made. Don’t waste your time or money here. Just go somewhere else

Ordered online, showed up and see its ready and paid, still waited 20 minutes to get the order. There was a few people there all in the same situation. Will not be ordering from here again.

Tried the new To Go place off of heritage trace parkway, texas. This is what we got. Not saying the restaurant is bad, but double check your food! It is super gross to crave wings and then get wings,.....with wings. ?

Horrible experience all around. This was the first time and the last time ordering from here. We ordered online with our order to be picked up by 720. We got there at 720 no order ,It was 750 and still no order. We asked for our order and the worker went to the back and never returned with an estimated wait time. When we finally asked to cancel the order it was surprisingly ready. We got home and our wings and cheese sticks were cold so obviously our order had been ready and was just sitting somewhere in the kitchen. I also asked for ranch when I placed my order and received zero ranch with my order. We used to go to the BWW in watauga but since a bad experience there never returned i decided to give BWW another chance. Wrong decision, we will never eat at another BWW again.

About as slow as it gets. They’re always out of something you order which “sends it to the back printer” so your order doesn’t get made. One of the worst run food places around.
