I ordered I waited 30 minutes for my food. I was gonna place another order to go. They saw that I was in line. Nobody attended me. There was a person in front of me. They left because nobody attended them if they know they have a Tuesday special going on why don’t they have the meat already on the grill going and fries going? They were arguing in the back who wanted to do what I’ve never had this problem with this place before and it’s getting worse and worse.

Love the chicken fried steak with eggs hash brown and biscuits
45 min at 2pm to get 2 burgers in and drive-thru only to find out they are frozen hamburgers and probably Walmart very disappointing for $28

Worst excuse for a Philly cheese steak I have ever seen or tasted...in my life! There were maybe two onions on the whole sandwich and I never did find any cheese. Their chocolate malt was the consistency of chocolate milk. What a horrible food experience! I wish I could give zero stars.

Went to try this place for the first time. We pulled up to the drive threw and we waited for 5 minutes to order. No one took out order. So we drove up and waited another 5 minutes but the line never moved. It appeared they were taking orders at the window. While the staff just watched us and wait for the cars to pull up.
Sadly we lost faith that good would be any good is this lack of care was taken up from with there customers service.

Look at you, Burger Box, I am giving you 4 stars for something I thought would maybe get 2. The sausage biscuit with egg/cheese was off the chain. A hell of a lot better than Mickey D's. Your place is a little run down and maybe not in the most safest place in town. However, I will be back. Your guy working the drive through was very nice and courteous too.
