They are completely rude i called in for an order and they hung up on me and when i called back they disconnected the phone. Have no respect for the customer and horrible customer service they need new cashiers new people in general. And when i walked in there it’s like they didn’t want to be there no greeting and no smile. They need to be fired ! immediately

Today I made the terrible life choice of pulling into the Burger King in Bluemound, Texas, and I can honestly say I regret it more than every bad haircut I’ve ever had combined. Paying $31 for food that tasted like it had been left on a bus seat was already insulting, but the staff’s attitude was the real “flame-grilled” experience. They argued with me about giving me a receipt like it was some kind of classified government document, then acted like fixing my incorrect order was asking them to solve world peace.
Now I fully understand why this place never has a line…because everyone else already knows better. At this rate, the building will probably be converted into a spirit Halloween store before it ever turns a profit. Best of luck to them though; they’re going to need it, because they’ll never see another dollar from me.

I ordered three meals, two were wrong. Not only was my order wrong and I had to return for the correct order, my burger bun tasted old and it felt hard like it had been microwaved.

This is the third time I visited this location and I tried to save time by utilizing the drive-thru... All three times my order has been wrong. I had to park and go inside to get my order corrected. The lady at the window makes you pull up past the window and they bring out your food when it's ready. They do this so the time you order to the time you pay is quick but they do not get your order correct. I had a very simple order. Double cheese burger, ketchup and cheese only... The team lead try to say they only had one person working the kitchen, yes I understand that but there were no guests in the lobby and no one was in the drive-thru.... I was the only customer.

This location is terrible. I went through the drive thru and was put on hold for 10 minutes. There was absolutely nobody in the restaurant or driver thru. I believe they do this so cars can drive away.

Since this place opened I have went every 6 month hoping they have it together and the experience is always worse than the last. I only been through the drive thru and from them never answering, to getting my order wrong, to taking a very very long time, to getting cold food, to having no fries I give up!

This place is so bad, please take my advice and go somewhere else. My mom ordered a fish sandwich and got a old hard overcooked piece of fish. We asked for a replacement and was told if she would take a whopper instead. What she received was a whopper sandwich but instead of a hamburger patty it was a piece of fish. She told them that she wanted a whopper with a hamburger patty and they said no you asked for a fish whopper. I have never heard of a fish whopper I don't think one even exists! This place has some of the most clueless employees I ever encountered and it is not that hard to get a decent meal. 😒

Our food was wrong, despite being correct on the screen and receipt. The girl at the window was absolutely flat - no smile, no nothing...just a total and a crumpled bag if ice cold food (the cheese on the burgers didn't even melt by the time we got them home.) They have never gotten my order right. This was the last time I'll try. Save your money and pick somewhere else to go. This BK is NOT the one.

Not real happy. Most fast food places offer a medium fries and drink with the meal. Not BK apparently. Small is what comes with the meal. Nearly $9 for a bad burger with small fries and drink. An additional $1 for the cheese slice and another $1 to upgrade to a medium. I guess I'll stick with Whataburger. A real meal for the price. Never going back. Frame broiled isn't worth the price.
