This location is terrible. I went through the drive thru and was put on hold for 10 minutes. There was absolutely nobody in the restaurant or driver thru. I believe they do this so cars can drive away.

Since this place opened I have went every 6 month hoping they have it together and the experience is always worse than the last. I only been through the drive thru and from them never answering, to getting my order wrong, to taking a very very long time, to getting cold food, to having no fries I give up!

This place is so bad, please take my advice and go somewhere else. My mom ordered a fish sandwich and got a old hard overcooked piece of fish. We asked for a replacement and was told if she would take a whopper instead. What she received was a whopper sandwich but instead of a hamburger patty it was a piece of fish. She told them that she wanted a whopper with a hamburger patty and they said no you asked for a fish whopper. I have never heard of a fish whopper I don't think one even exists! This place has some of the most clueless employees I ever encountered and it is not that hard to get a decent meal. 😒

Our food was wrong, despite being correct on the screen and receipt. The girl at the window was absolutely flat - no smile, no nothing...just a total and a crumpled bag if ice cold food (the cheese on the burgers didn't even melt by the time we got them home.) They have never gotten my order right. This was the last time I'll try. Save your money and pick somewhere else to go. This BK is NOT the one.

Not real happy. Most fast food places offer a medium fries and drink with the meal. Not BK apparently. Small is what comes with the meal. Nearly $9 for a bad burger with small fries and drink. An additional $1 for the cheese slice and another $1 to upgrade to a medium. I guess I'll stick with Whataburger. A real meal for the price. Never going back. Frame broiled isn't worth the price.

I recently visited last week, I only give the atmosphere 4 stars because it was somewhat peaceable, because there weren’t that many people there. While the service was ok, and employees were kind, the food was just so bare minimum. I question whether or not it was even real meat. This Burger king may be cheap or have deals but it’s not worth it.

If I can give a zero rating for the whole BK company overall, I would. Anyway I give 5 stars only because of Braylin’s customer service. We pulled up today 10/14/2024 and he was very calm and professional greeted us and asked us to bear with him as they’re under staffs. So we thought maybe they’re under just 1 employee but no he was by himself. He apologized for the delay and our hearts goes out to him for being so calm and not losing his mind running the restaurant on his own. He deserves a pay raise. Keep up the great work Braylin🤙

Poor customer service. Employees at drive-thru can never hear you and don’t fully speak English. You keep repeating yourself like you’re talking to a wall.

Will definitely not be returning and I didn't even get my food. 1st it took forever to order being the woman on the speaker couldn't really speak English. She finally got my order right and told me to pull forward. No total was given at the speaker. Now I'm at the window and She didn't say hey how are you or even give me my total. So I asked what the total was she rolled her eyes and closed the window. I then drove off because I refuse to give my money to a nasty attitude. I called the facility twice before I could get someone to answer. And when they answered they hung up. I called back to speak about this to a manager. The lady gets on the phone and she doesn't speak English. I hung up. This location is terrible. The staff needs more training with everything the customer service was terrible and I hope this reaches management because that was ridiculous. You have attitude problems early in the morning as if the customers forced you to clock in and I guarantee they will not get penalized for their actions.

Took my toddler for a dinner date, staff did not greet us when entering which I found odd as we were the only people there. When placing the order the cashier did not read it back to ensure it was correct or call it out when it was done. We left shortly after our food was done. Would not recommend at all!! The cashiers need to be trained on basic hospitality

I order a double whopper with only bbq sauce onion rings and cheese. Well once again they made it wrong with everything they goes on a dbl whopper plus the bbq and onion rings. Stay away from that place.. terrible it def ain’t have it your way.
