I placed an online order. No other cars in the drive thru and hardly any in the parking lot. They took forever to say anything on the speaker. Finally answered and told me to pull forward. Then had me pull out of the drive thru to wait for my food. I only ordered 3 items and 2 of them were drinks. 10 minutes later I received my order and my onion rings were barely warm! Everytime I come to this location there is some type of problem. I give up and won't be back. I will drive all the way to blue mound even though I live around the corner from this location.

Service was a full 10/10!!!! Every time I come to this location my food is ALWAYS fresh and the customer service is top tier. To be greeted properly in 2025 says a lot! I will rather take the 15 minute just to get to this location any day ! Keep it up

Sat in the drive through for 5 mins, pulled up to to window and there was no one.
Not sure why, but wait times at this location are insane. I submitted a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line behind 3 cars.

I came to the drive thru a little before lunch was supposed to be served. I asked if I could get lunch and the girl at the drive thru happily accepted my request. She was friendly and professional and I wish I could give her a raise! Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Thank you also to the cooks who went out of their way to prepare my ill-timed request. You are all appreciated! Oh, and the food was delicious and fresh (obviously).
