Lady didn’t want to take my order even though it was online. Went in the morning and she saw me coming still didn’t say anything then went to the drive thru window and she saw me and still didn’t come even after honking. Very bad service don’t come.

Money thrown away! We did not get the havesies order of fries & onion rings and the picture will describe the way in which we received our mangled burgers. Although the dog did not mind the condition of the burgers, we weren't impressed and made other dinner arrangements! Burger King gets ONE star only because ZERO isn't an option. Do better Burger King!

I ordered through the drive-thru and the person who attended me was very rude. I asked for only one of the woppers without dressing and they put both "plain" with only meat and bread. I returned on 08/10/24 at 16:10 hrs to report what happened, and I was attended by a person named Carlos Márquez who identified himself as the manager. I explained what happened and he told me that he needed the hamburgers in order to give me new ones. He was very rude and simply didn't care about all the problems and bad times that your error generated for me. Terrible service, I will never consume your products again and I will always tell this story to my family, friends, and acquaintances so that they don't consume your products. Thank the people who attended me on my two visits."

I arrived and they answered me, they asked me for my order and then they did not want to open the window to give me my order. They said that the restaurant closes at 12:00 and I am here at 11:00, very poor quality of service.
Visited this location numerous times and each time I am greeted with great mannerism and fresh food. The fries are always warm along with the nuggets and very clean space.
