I placed my order through the mobile app, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I ended up waiting over 40 minutes in the drive-thru for my food. There was no communication or urgency from the employees, and the delay was completely unacceptable.
This location needs to do much better. Mobile orders are supposed to save time, not waste it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was going to order and got told to give him a second but literally took 25 minutes waiting and I pulled up to the window to ask if they were still open and he said yes that the headset wasn't working but like bro u could've at least tell us something! pmo

Great customer service Carlos on night shift really delivered. Concise questions about order, made my experience very enjoyable and fast. Very friendly and happy to help. If I could give more stars I would. Great experience. Also, food is cooked to perfection😋
