I never got any food to rate that portion. I ordered online because I need to be quick on my short work break, waited at the window 12 min longer than when it said it would be ready. She THEN stated they would check for the order, came back and said they never got it. So I paid for a meal and couldn't get it, missed my opportunity to eat on my break. Definitely will avoid this slow location.

Not to be **that** guy but when I rolled through the drive through at around 4 am on a Thursday morning and ordered a Hershey Pie, it was expired, per the sticker that was left on the packaging…which said it was frozen on Tuesday and it was to be used through Wednesday with big bright red lettering. Although it had expired just hours prior to me receiving it, it begs the question: what else is left unnoticed or unchecked in the restaurant?

The service was great, the woman at the window (who also took my order) was super kind, and made small talk with me. However, when I arrived home and went for the pie first (as one does) and noticed it was expired, it made me not want to eat the rest of my food. Money wasted.

I say this as a way to raise awareness to management, corporate, and all those responsible for food safety (should be everyone) not as a way to complain.

As stated earlier, the woman at the window was wonderful. But if management isn’t doing food safety walk throughs before each shift and maintaining the standards during the shift, as if an auditor could walk in at any given moment…I won’t be going back.

Service was so slow I went around 4pm on a Thursday. Took forever in line, car behind me left. Then they have a hard time understanding me to even get my order. I suppose they need more staff. My fries were at least fresh though

0 stars. Nobody answers the phone. I ordered a Texas double whopper extra patty, they charged me for the extra patty, so Burger King you actually OWE ME MONEY NOW and they just make whatever they want. They made a regular Texas double. I asked for no onions, they even marked it on the wrapper no onions and guess what? IT'S FULL OF ONIONS. I called to complain. No one answers. Can't get my money back or remade because I'm already at home. Don't go here to eat because you will regret it. I hate Burger King. 0 stars. 0 STARS.
