Let me start with... I love Burger King.. my absolute favorite burger anywhere....but... This one on Seminary .. idk if they just don't care or have no idea which burger is which. Or the difference between French fries and onion rings. They definitely do not know how to do basic math. Went through the drive thru tonight.. grabbing a late dinner for my sister and I. Ordered both meals exactly the same, not because we like the same thing...but in hopes they could get it right... I was wrong... My two whopper jrs came out as double cheeseburgers, my two onion rings turned into French fries.. he acted as if I was lying when I asked for the 2 med Dr peppers I ordered And to top it off. The change I owed was .07 cents.. I gave him .12 and blew his mind . He gave me back the .02 cents stating that he didn't need them. But then kept my .03 cents. I usually try to only give decent reviews, but this is every time I go to this one. when will I learn that the extra couple of miles to any other Burger King would be well worth the drive.?

I wanted to get the new limited time How to train your dragon meal, but after ordering, I was told there no more vikings ice cream or soring pink limanade but the red wopper was cool and the cheese sticks were a 2.5 out of 5 not a good cheese pull.

We had a really bad experience, me and my friends had been outside all day and were looking forward to having our burger king meal with cold drinks. We ordered online and came in to find out that their drink machine was not working (thats what they said). They offered us sweet and unsweetened tea, and the pink promotional lemonade. After, we wanted to get those cups refilled and were told that they ran out…. the french fries were too hard as well. We usually love BK but this experience was not it.

Lunch at Burger King is delicious mainly the whopper with cheese and some hot French fries also customer service it’s great
Parking: Parking always clean at this location
Kid-friendliness: They have baby seats which is great for my kids, some other places don’t have them
The store and restroom was clean & the staff was fast and friendly. They asked me if I wanted cheese on my burger which I did and informed me of the promo deal that was the special of the day so I even saved a little money on my order when I didn't even expect to, and my food was hot which is one of my biggest pet peeves when I go to fast food places. Great job 👍
Everything sucks at that place from the service to the atmosphere the service really sucks customer service is terrible new management needed for sure

I ordered online and 8 am went to the restaurant and no one was working I still get charged my meal and still haven’t gotten my refund . The place does not answer there phone and the 1800 number does not work

I love BK but this location is always underwhelming. I’ve had my eye on the MELT for awhile, I finally got it and onions and bread weren’t even cooked/toasted. Huge disappointment.

Original chicken sandwich was OK. Ordered level 5 chicken fingers and I got day old normal chicken fingers. The lady at the empty drive thru gave zero FFs and rushed us. Do better employees.

I just went through the drive thru, no cars behind me or infront. I was the only costumer in sight. And they still got my order wrong. Here is my receipt. I ordered a #3 Ham, egg and cheese croissant. They gave me and old sausage egg croissant and old tots. Like they were trying to get rid of or something. I don’t understand how you get that wrong. For the record I did not eat it because I hate sausage. I called to see if they would change it and no answer 3times. So maybe this way I can get there attention.
