I arrived at the restaurant around 6:15 PM, intending to use a promo code I received from the website for a free Whopper, along with ordering other items. The manager, a short Hispanic woman, acknowledged the code and appeared to proceed with the transaction. However, I soon discovered she had charged me the full price for the burger. When I questioned this, she abruptly stated she wouldn't honor the coupon, offering no reason. Her behavior was incredibly rude and dismissive. I requested a complete refund, which she reluctantly processed. When I asked again why she refused the coupon and requested her name, she completely disregarded my requests. This was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I will avoid this location in the future as long as this manager is present. As business owner,
that is customer oriented, management experienced, I honestly can't fathom this behavior or these type of demeanors in these management positions even worse when customers are mistreated with no idea of what they did to be treated in such way. I have contacted their general office and waiting for a reply for further info.

Went through the drive thru today at 10am no one would answer with no car in the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for about 5 mins with no one answering me. Drove up to the window and honked to let the workers know I was there and the lady inside walked away. I know there were workers inside due to the cars in the parking lot. Wasn’t able to go inside either due to the doors being locked. Definitely annoyed with the workers this morning

1-10-2025. The lady working at 9:45am needs to be fired. Refused to answer the drive thru speaker. When I drove to the window she walked away. It was so disrespectful for no reason. I watched her run away from the drive thru window for no reason. I guess they didn't want to work that morning.

They don’t speak English there they don’t understand you they make your food and double the bag then get mad when the have to make it over the manger will not answer the phone they re bag the food and put it in the wrong bag

I ordered ONE whopper. There was a wait. No line in front of me or behind. Dead silent.
The worker was not friendly. This location is LOSING MONEY.

I hate coming here. I thought a new fresh crew would have rotated in. NOPE.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.

UPDATE. AGAIN: Gave this location another chance.... downgrade to 1 star. Location is short staffed. Window worker told me it would be a 3 minute wait... nope. Pushing 15+ as I type this. 2 cars in front of me, 5 piled up behind me. If I didn’t pay in advance I would have left.

Unacceptable. Smh.

This location doesn’t have Sprite, Surge, orange Crush, desserts, mozzarella sticks, and you’ll get chicken nuggets if you’re lucky.

How does a restaurant that serves food NOT offer what’s on their menu? Also, dipping sauces? Good luck getting any. Employees act like they personally own them.

At least I got plenty of napkins to wipe away my tears of sorrow for eating here. 2 stars.

I orderd two 12p chick fries. Didn't get them. Got my money back from Uber Eats. Ordered again, didn't get them. Now I am trying to call them. Not even a answer.

I just left Burger King order number 58. My order was incorrect. I added bacon and I was charged for bacon and the burger didn’t have bacon on it. Not good to pay for something and you don’t get it. This is why eating at fast food restaurants are just not good. It seems the employees do not care about providing good services.

Worst BK I've ever been to. Customer service was horrible. Had sign on window for a meal and when I ordered was told it's not on sale anymore but sign still up. He said he's not in charge of sign he "just works here". Had to order something else.

Went in and all the workers in the back not doing anything. There were 2 cars only in the drive through,and 3 customers inside. It was empty and we didn't not get our orders taken. Very disappointing experience. I would suggest to hire people that actually want to work.

My husband and I decided it was time for a change in hamburgers. After seeing the ads on TV it just sounded and looked so good so we found a BK about 10 miles out of our way. WOW, were we ever surprised. That was a totally nasty hamburger. We'll never go to a BK again.
