This location needs new management. Always out of stock on many items. It’s also probably the slowest fast food location I’ve ever been to. There could be 1-2 cars in the drive thru and you will still spend 20 minutes waiting.

My husband and went to Burger King tonite and the service is slow.. We didn’t get to the speaker till after 10 minutes.. Didn’t greet us until after ten minutes..The lady at the window was not greetable at all.. They didn’t have the drinks we wanted and the drinks we did get it was nothing but carbonated water when we made it home and by the way we ordered our food online and the longer it took us to get to the speaker and get to the window our food was cold!!!!! So this will be our last visit and make that drive to the one in HEB area cause we know for sure there our food will be hot and fresh!!!!!!!

This is the slowest and worst drive thru. Missing items , waiting 10+ mins for a response at the speaker. Generally just very disorganized not well kept inside when I go in to get missing items from the drive through

My experience today was absolutely terrible. We were rushed to order at the speaker (we didn’t know what we wanted originally) then still had to wait 10 minutes at the window. Nothing about our order was correct. They left out an entire order, gave us one that was completely wrong, and my whopper doesn’t even taste like a whopper? I’m so confused and genuinely disappointed. It’s not like Burger King is awfully cheap either. Just don’t go here. I am waiting to hear back from customer service so I will update on how they resolve the issue.
Edited to add: customer service was nice but didn’t really care to fix the issue. I got a $15 app credit (less than the original cost of the order)

I live near this restaurant, but hadn't tried it. Decided to give it a shot around 2pm on a Wednesday. Much to my surprise the door was locked and when I looked inside there were no workers behind the counter. Is this place even open anymore?

I was craving a delicious whopper so we came here. Little did I know, I would be receiving a pale whopper. Ingredients were missing and the bun was more pale than a white sheet of paper. I’ll make sure to not come here again.

Went thru the drive thru ordered number 1 no onions no tomatoes made it medium whopper was cold meat was cold fries not well cooked and I ordered a dr pepper and she gave root beer no bueno not going back

Apparently, none of the cashiers know how to work the register they’re constantly telling people to wait in the drive-through long weights. No one knows how to take orders. The orders are always incorrect.

We sat in the drive thru for 10 ten didn't even move. We had to end up backing out of drive thru line. and going inside and even inside it still took them 35 plus minutes to make simple combo meals and it's wasn't busy at all . I have eaten at a burger King in years and I don't think I be a returning customer probably should wait another 4or5 years to see if they figure out how to make simple combo meals in under a half hour. But wait I'm being to generous. It never take that long to simple combo meals when there is only you and one other person inside if that the best they can do then the whole team on day shift needs to replace or just close this business and turn into something more useful. Hopefully next I come thru maybe it be turned into a car wash or something very very disappointed burger King
