Very upset about my trip. I spent over $1 in dimes and nickels trying to win a prize and then once I actually got it I went up to the front counter and they told me they were no longer doing it. They did not for me a refund, they didn't apologize or anything. Take the damn thing down before I waste valuable money. (Picture for proof). Food was good but I just felt cheated. Corporate I'd like an explanation please.

We placed an online order for our food for pick up thru the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for 3 minutes and no one said anything over the intercom despite me saying hello multiple times. I pulled up to the window after waiting over 5 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order. The young man at the drive thru didn’t welcome me or anything but once I informed him of my order, he proceeded to grab it and hand it to me without saying a single word. Extremely disappointed with this visit and the unprofessional staff. Do better BK, do better.
Service was extremely slow. I went through drive-thru and the attendant was busy exchanging numbers with the person ahead of me!
I understand connecting with people but not when you go through drive-thru. You usually you go through the drive thru when you're in a hurry!

Went here yesterday cuz my mom wanted a burger started eating her burger almost finished the burger til she looked and found hair in her burger throwed away the rest of it. Thats very disgusting and disappointing looking to try to enjoy a meal only coming to find out the meal has someone’s hair infested in the burger DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE EATING HERE ANYMORE..
