The worker in the drive thru was very nice. Helped me out with my rewards issues. The cheesy tots I got where OK but not fresh. They where out of melts so I was pretty bummed out.

I need burger đ king to step it up. Organize your cold đ„¶ food for the hot food.
I need hot fresh food on every order fresh cookies đȘ not the hard ones from what I witnessed is to many standing around and not using proper time management only reason is when food not and cold or hard cookies a customer should never to find out the food is not good .
Burger has always was number one for your burgers you tell me I can go to burger and have a burger that tastes like it came off the pit in my back yard is one of the coolest things but you guys reputation is going doing the drain you all better than that let's get it together we all are counting on you.
Go back and look how many times people order there burger dry and fries with no salt your customers are talking to you through the order cause there simply saying they want hot fresh food .

Came 11:47pm to pickup my online order .pulled throw the drive thru and them employees didnât even want answer the drive thru !!. Came the window and they said that the recipients didnât came so they canât see my order . itâs a damn lie . somebody needs to be fired for this False information . If your employees canât stay tell 12 am then why dose they even work here ????

The wifi doesn't reach the perimeter of the building, a router should be placed near the drive thru. I'm trying to use my app and i me coverage. I can go to Wendy's or McDonald's or taco bell if this isn't fixed.
The waiting time seems to be high. I ordered on the app, why am I not given express. The drive thru should have a place for people making up their minds and a place for express service for those of us who are just using to pick up and go. Why not a kiosk in the drive thru for me to check in and pick up? It isn't hard
My experience is just as important as the food and waiting behind people who are waiting for help isn't good. Other places have several people waiting to take your order. Your food is delicious but not for me to keep waiting. Check out the Wendy's near you or the McDonald's, they are fast.
I like competition and I like it when stores compete for my money. I like having options and your food is delicious. Your prices are way too high compared to other options and your staff look depressed. Please fix this or I'll keep ordering elsewhere, unless your deals are sweet enough to pull me in

The worst BK in tarrant county, by far. Don't order online! The food will be cold, the first stale, and they'll forget your shake EVERY TIME. If you try to get your money back, the website will just offer you a BS $10 "support coupon" that never materializes in your account.

11/30/2024 waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for no one to say anything to me. Then stated I was there waited about 10 minutes more only two cars ahead of me. Itâs a fast food joint for a reason I shouldnât be waiting about 25 minutes just for anything. I should have just went inside if I wanted to wait that long. Need new management asap
I visited on a Saturday and encountered a girl with beautiful blue hair, who radiated a wonderfully positive energy. Her boyfriend, wearing a brown shirt and black hair, also exuded a warm and friendly attitude. Their cheerful vibes added to the atmosphere. As for the food, it was fantasticâespecially the new Wednesday meal, which truly stood out!

I always come here. I always check my bags before leaving but this one time that the manager hands me my order I trusted that the order was complete. I get home and find out a whole burger is missing!! First thing I do is call the number that is on here I called 3 times and got nothing as of itâs not connected or something.
