Staff should really be aware of how busy they get on weekends. During peak hours between 11:00 a.m. And 2:00 p.m. it seems like they only have one person working and doing everything because the line for drive-thru takes entirely way too long. I've never been to a Burger King that took this long and I ordered ahead of time through the app to not be dealing with this type of situation. I don't think I've ever waited this long at a Whataburger and Whataburger is famous for being slow with their customer service. Do what other fast food places do when an order is not ready, Park the person and then bring the food out when it's ready. It keeps the line moving and you don't have these long ass wait times.

I order on the app then come in to pick up the order. It's normally a nice and quick process. The employees are usually friendly. As long as the food quality remains acceptable and they are sanitary when preparing food, I will continue to use this location.

This is the 4th time I’ve been to this location and all 4 times the service has been awful. A minimum of a 15 minute wait for my food, even when it’s very simple. Each time they also have gotten something wrong with said order(s). Overall a horrible location.
Sat for 45 minutes, was told what we ordered 4 different times and they still proceed to just f it all away. Place need to be shut down and have a whole new crew hired.

Came in the Drive Thur to get 3 bacon double cheese burgers, with only ketchup, simple order. Just to get home and open my sandwiches and have no bacon, and just regular cheese burgers. They don't even give you a receipt. This is so frustrated. This location needs better management
