Order 40$ worth of food on our app, and the manager let someone say they were and Uber driver and pick up our food. She began telling us that someone picked up our food and didn't want to give us our order. I asked why she would let someone do that and not verify it was the order. It's not like they had anything to show they could pick it up.

Service was unimpressive. She didn't seem to want to be there made me not want to be there.Since the last time I went they seem to know who I am and that I regularly pick up orders for my husband and his coworkers, so now they are a little more friendly. The food is hot and usually ready when I drive thru.

Manager is rude and doesn’t want to do her job. They have their volume down to ignore calls (literally never answers them), and claims it doesn’t work… called on the 24th while standing in store, it definitely shows an incoming call. This after having to drive across town for them to cancel an order due to app glitch… still hasn’t been cancelled, might I add. Tonight, ordered online 20 minutes before close, and pull up 9 minutes before close to all lights off and when I pull up to the drive thru, they tell me they’re closed. Hadn’t even started my order hoping I wouldn’t show up in time. What’s the point in ordering ahead to get your order in on time for it to be made ahead, if you still have to wait for the food? If this wasn’t the closest location to my house, I wouldn’t bother.

Very rude manager ! Girl in drive thru was rude and touching her phone and then the food ... Manager walking around eating from the fry bin . With no gloves on .... All the tables were dirty. Call corporate and corporate would not return my call.

I'm unsure what's wrong, but I feel like it's run down since it opened. The burger tasted weird and lacking customer service. This place needs to be scrubbed down and the bathrooms need some LTC!
Going here for 6 yrs because I prefer BK to anything else. I ordered on the app for NO MAYO and mustard. I can't eat mayo. Had to wait for them to make my order which defeats the order ahead vs waiting. Says in the order no mayo and the crew still messed it up. Now I have to clean the burger and use my bread in the house. Please get it right or we will go to another BK. Thank you
