I came to get the 30$ ultimate bundle on Sunday 2/08/2026 . I don’t live around this area so when I got home I notice my 16pcs chicken nuggets were missing . I called 3 times but in this location the telephone doesn’t work . So today 02/10/2026 is finally around the area and tried to Get my chicken nuggets and Ailani said couldn’t help me out or her manager Luisa . With having the exact time the transaction happen to check cameras or to check what ever they needed to check . They said it’s been too long ! It’s only been 2 days and it’s not like I live close or as if their phone even works . If the phone worked they would Of know instead of my Having to drive up here .

Horrible customer service, especially in the morning. I witnessed rheir employee walking over to McDonald's or Starbucks, found out upon her return it was McDonald's as a her co-worker lied and said she was in the bathroom. This was during morning business hours when people are rushing to work and school and she had her headset on. When I pulled to the speaker, no one answered, the window no one answered; so I went in. The customer service was horrible and the wait times for breakfast service are ridiculous! I understand why now though since she was going to another restaurant and they lie to cover each other.

Me and my wife have been here twice and we've absolutely enjoyed the drive thru service, food is always fresh and very delicious staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work !!

I love burger King but my visit was a headache. To put it simply I ordered the Whopper meal and on my last visit last week I looked at my receipt and it said complete survey for a free whopper on your next visit. So today I ordered the Whopper meal and wanted to also get an additional whopper using the survey and code from the receipt last week. They told me no free whopper even though it clearly says and charged me more for single whopper than the entire combo. I'm pretty pissed that's false advertisement
