This has been my family's go to dessert spot for special occasions and for pot lucks. Def worth the drive to get some Chocolate pie.

I got these pies as a treat to cheer me up after a sad day and to celebrate Thanksgiving. I am lactose intolerant, so I definitely had physical pain for a few days after I ate them. But the experience of eating those delicious pies was worth it! My favorites are the mini chocolate chip and mini I-40. I have a hard time with pie in general since the texture of jelly filling makes me nauseous, but it's something about the way Buttermilk Sky Pie makes theirs, especially the mini pies, where I can handle the filling and actually enjoy it! I used the website to schedule a pickup order, and my family member who picked it up for me said that they had a good experience picking it up for me. They said that the employee was friendly and helpful and that the order was ready on time. I definitely recommend giving Buttermilk Sky Pie a try!

I have been getting the key lime for a while,but the one I got today didn't taste right. Like they changed the recipe. Sad it was my favorite pie

Hands down the best apple pie I’ve ever had. My husband and kiddo loved the chocolate and peanut butter. Super cute and clean shop with fantastic customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

Seriously so in love with this place. If I could eat this pie daily, you bet your sweet bottom dollar I would. I buy the 4-pie bundle and always say that I’m buying them as a gift, but in reality, they never made it past the kitchen!

I cannot get enough of the Coconut Cream and Pecan pies. All of them are amazing (can’t go wrong with this shop, regardless of location), but my default order is two Coconut Cream and two Pecan. But I’m also a sucker for the Buttermilk, Peanut Butter/Chocolate and seasonal flavors (love loooooveee their summer berry flavors).

Again, no matter where I am, this brand is super consistent with flavor, texture, bake, etc. Staff is helpful and friendly, rather than the staff at other spots that know customers receive stars for reporting employees’ behavior like
• Did employee greet you with a warm smile?
• Did employee make direct eye contact with you when speaking to you?

IYKYK. Besides, I’d rather have a tiny pie than a cookie. I do love the good ole’ GA Cookies, always the perfect bake, flavor, texture, etc. But this other spot, it’s trying to get into the cake and pie arena, and while some of those baby cakes they just launched are pretty good, they are NOTHING compared to these pies!

I like the minis, you can mix and match without committing to an actual entire pie? And this way, there’s something for everyone! By the time you have a bite of each pie, you’li be wishing for sweat pants and a soft blanket.

Plus, I love that regardless of location, it’s always a clean shop. That’s a thing with a lot of these newer chains popping up. I love that this brand has stayed true to what it’s best at, and committed to their original vision. I love that it’s a family inspired brand, the people behind the franchise nearby seem like really good folks (FTW, I order from you guys A LOT 😂).

I do wish they had a loyalty program that was a little bit more generous when providing reviews and sometimes pictures (no pics with this review because those pies are long gone already). Considering customers are essentially able to double as a “secret” shopper by harnessing the feedback and applying it to that business or location (geo-target baby), it seems silly to not reward your customers more generously. You save costs on employing “secret” shoppers and even better, you.get more frequent repeat business. I’ve also noticed this company does not ever have any specials or sales of any sort. I understand it’s baked goods, so it’s diffferent than retail or service based business, but not even a 15%_
-20% disclunt on Thanksgiving? Or Christmas? No idea what any of the volume these shops produce daily, but I can only imagine how much more they’d do if they did have a less restrictive rewards model. I see the emails announcing dates that pre-ordered pies have to be made by for holidays, offering discount would go a very, very long way.

I order from you guys at least once a month. I’ve never received a coupon, any sort of communication that voices their appreciation for your repeat business, anything. Not sure if this is the same across the board or if I’m only receiving emails from the location that I was at when I provided my email? No clue.

Figured I’d throw the suggestion out there, as I’d love to gift your pies for real AND eat the faux gift pies that were secretly mine all along.
