Café Bella was absolutely fantastic and has instantly become one of our favorite date-night spots in Fort Worth.
The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and inviting and the kind of place that encourages you to slow down, enjoy the moment, and actually have a conversation. The ambience alone makes it feel special, especially for a night out as a couple.
The food was outstanding from start to finish. We began with the Caprese salad, which was fresh, perfectly balanced, and simply done right. For entrées, I had a stuffed chicken with ground beef pasta dish special that was rich, comforting, and full of flavor without being too heavy. My wife ordered the chicken marsala, and it was absolutely delicious — tender chicken, a beautifully savory marsala sauce, and perfectly prepared mushrooms. Classic Italian comfort food executed flawlessly.
It’s easy to see why Café Bella has such a loyal following. This is the kind of place you return to again and again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, authentic Italian meal and a great night out in Fort Worth.

I was very excited to take my family here as I just came back from university, however, we unfortunately did experience mild racism from our server, as she greatly neglected us for those reasons, which she made very obvious through her actions . However, although we were very dissatisfied with the service, the food itself was good.

Been going there many years. At this time around it was a brand new wait staff and nobody understood English. No one came around to help. We had to wave people down. And they still didn’t understand us. Our order was wrong. So we just suffered ate what we got and left. The food was good, but when you asked for condiments or other things, it came out wrong and they didn’t know what you were talking about. Mainly it was the service that was horrible.

Found this place on a whim, took my wife here for a spontaneous romantic dinner, for all the place looks small from the outside, they do well with the interior design to make it look a bit more spacious, and very fancy looking. Dinner portion was large, and tasted like the most from scratch meal I've had in a long time, very delicious chicken fettuccine alfredo. My key didn't get refilled as much as I'd like, but in their defense I am a thirsty guy and they had a large party there. A nice Mexican lady, I forgot her name, was our waitress and she was very accommodating, as was the other staff that I called upon while there. Everyone had a smile, which I appreciate being in sales. Thank you Cafe Bella for making my spontaneous romantic dinner very enjoyable. My wife was very happy, and since I like being spontaneous and I've been obsessed with making my wife happy since high school, I will be back frequently. You may as well reserved that corner table for us.

I loved this intimate little café specializing in Italian food. The white tablecloths and fresh flowers along with dim lighting added to the ambiance. My companion enjoyed the salmon in pink sauce and my angel hair pasta in lemony caper sauce was perfection. We were given plenty of time to read the menu and were not rushed during dinner as we chatted. We decided to share the chocolate cake which was dark, rich and satisfying. I felt that we received good value for the price. I plan to return to this small naiborhood treasure.

I love Italian food. But I’m usually disappointed in that I can make it better at home. This was no exception.
The new decor is very glam. If you’re into that, great.
Service was a bit clueless. They could make iced black tea, but hot tea only with ginger and one other flavored option. A tea bag is a tea bag right?
Big issue is the food. Reasonable serving and price, but all the sauces are very runny and watery. The Marsala and Piccata sauces lacked body.
The spaghetti carbonara on the menu is NOT a carbonara. Just look at the listed ingredients! It might be good (I didn’t have it), but it’s mislabeled. Carbonara does not have artichokes and cream (for example).
In summary, maybe this is ok for the local crowd, but I’m going elsewhere.

Food was ok. Calamari was chewy. Baked penne was bland and cheese was burnt. Service was unfriendly. Because we were with a large party we could not get and soft drink. Even if I paid out of pocket. We were told we would have the place to ourselves but they crammed us all in a tiny room.

Saturday evening, Party of 6, 6 dinners ordered, longish wait, 4 dinners served, wait 5 more minutes, another dinner shows up, 10 minutes after that, last dinner arrives. Ordered from menu, no special requests, just incompetent kitchen staff. Primavera was overcooked in stewed tomatoes, tasteless mush. Also, they don’t remove shrimp shells, even in cream sauce dishes, ask for extra napkins.

Don't recommend trying this place. Staff is rude and their prices online are wrong. They couldn't be bothered to cut the pizza correctly. Very disappointing experience. They said it would take 30 minutes for 1 pizza and got there and it was cold.
