The staff here is amazing. The food is very good too. I got the cinnamon bun pancake and side of bacon & eggs. The other people in my party got sandwiches & salads and they were very good. I will return here when I want a good low-key breakfast.

We went to Cafe Republic for breakfast, man it was so good! We got the sampler that comes with 2× sausage, 2x bacon, 2x eggs, hashbrowns and either toast or a biscuit. We chose the biscuit and then added cheese on the hashbrowns. We also ordered Gravy which was pretty good! Once our food came out we mixed everything together and it was delicious! I can't recommend this place enough. Also we split the Belgian waffle which was also delicious. Friendly staff too!

Our server Andrew was delightful, attentive and knew the menu well; was able to make some nice suggestions.
I had one of the classic American style breakfast combos. The eggs were perfectly cooked, hashbrowns crispy on-top but soft inside, fresh biscuits were amazing, and the bacon and sausage were both perfectly cooked and tasty. I also had a glass of the fresh squeezed orange juice which was excellent.
My son had one of the skillets with bacon, cheese, egg hash brown, onion and avocado and loved it. Everything well prepared and tasty in his as well.
Portion size very generous.
Bathrooms clean, and parking was abundant including spots of our disabled friends.
Absolute will repeat.

Ordered an omelet with cheese and they slapped the cheese on top of the omelet which was kind of gross. Ordered coffee and they don’t have any milk alternatives for people who may have dairy allergies. Customer service and atmosphere is nice but food is sub-par. Probably won’t come back here.

I've been here many times and sometimes order the GF pancakes which have been good in the past. I was really impressed when I first had them. But today I ordered on doordash and they were so dense and heavy I was sure I'd gotten someone else's order before opening the box. It was my pancakes and there was no doubt they we were GF. Too eggy and maybe not enough levening or the batter went flat. Whatever the case, they were sub-par even by looking at them and shouldn't have been passed off to me. If i was there i definitely would send them back and i hate to have to do that. If you don't care about the quality or taste, just take it off the menu. Bacon and sausage were both good. Butter was packed inside the pancake box, so completely melted when it arrived. I also asked them to hold the syrup, but they sent it anyways, which tells me they may note be paying attention to notes. Most everything I've ordered has been good, but I think I've given up on the GF pancakes for good 🥞 😔
My wife and I both ordered omelets. They came with hash browns, omelet, and a choice of bread. We both choose the biscuit. The whole meal was a very large portion. The biscuits were about 2 times the size of regular Mcdonald's biscuits. If they used actual eggs for the omelette's, I would assume they used about 6 eggs per omelette. We could have easily shared 1 omelette meal and both be full.
The staff were friendly. Our waiter was very apologetic when there was a miscommunication and he didn't realize that we were at his table. He did a wonderful job serving us. When I asked what the military affiliation was to the military because there was some pictures of military on the wall, he explained the whole story of the owners and the customer that was in the military that has been going there almost everyday since the restaurant was open. This person at the time of this post, is almost 100 years old, and one of the people that raised the flag of Iwo Jima, which is one of the pictures on the wall.
At first, I felt the price might have been slightly high, but after the portion size, they are probably under priced. We took a to go box which was about half of both omelettes and leftover hash browns and they will be our breakfast for the next day. The price is well worth the amount of food you get.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. It wasn't too loud, and we felt relaxed.
