Summary: Used to be great, now it's trash. Very disappointing. Take your money and patience somewhere else!
For the management team or anyone else that wants details: We've been having breakfast at this place for probably about 3 years. On average about once every 2 weeks (that's a bunch of visits and touring the menu). Today about half the dining area was full which is a change from normal but it is Wednesday and we usually visit on Sunday. Seated quickly at a booth. We know the menu by now so it’s mostly choosing quickly between 2 or 3 things and then we can order. We noticed quickly when we sat that we didn't recognize anyone that worked there really. Maybe a familiar face but after so many visits, we know like half the staff. It’s not Sunday though so maybe a different crew. Ordered drinks and food all at once. The waitress said she's still getting used to multitasking when I ordered bacon with my pancakes. OK, whatever. She's new and seemed flustered. She came by about 3 minutes later and asked if we'd gotten our food. There's no plates on the table and the silverware is still wrapped. She apologized about the delay. The food was dropped off about 15 minutes later. It was not correct. It took another 5 minutes or so to get her back over to get it corrected. She took the plate then came back to apologize and said the kitchen is backed up and it would be a minute. The food that was not correct did not get priority while other tables were served, I waited. My wife finished her food right when mine arrived corrected which took another 15 minutes. The pancakes were tough. The waitress apologized again and said that they're struggling cus everyone just quit, they all walked out the other day. We didn't ask why things sucked. The waitress offered that information on her own as a way to excuse how bad things have gotten.
I never got a refill of coffee. My wife never got more tea. Who I assume was the manager that cashed us out at the front didn't even ask how everything was today. She even reached over and hit the button for me to accept the amount I was paying on the card reader right after it beeped that it scanned my chip. It felt very forced. It was not ok
I haven't had an experience this bad in a restaurant in probably 2 years. If I wanted service this terrible I would have went to Wild Sushi and Ramen down the road but they weren't open that early. After eating breakfast at this restaurant so often, it saddens me that I will likely never return. It's not saddening though that I will never have to deal with that experience again at this restaurant.

Visited for first/last time 9/27. Food was decent and good size portion but service was lacking a lot. It was toward the end of the brunch rush (there were some empty tables) but took over 2 minutes before server bothered to stop by. Ordered the veggie omelet with a biscuit for the bread. Asked if they had honey and Laura said yes but did NOT advise that it was 75 cents extra (didn't find this out until they had cleared my dished or I would have at least take the extra honey home). Laura was pleasant but seemed to keep forgetting about me - not checking if everything was okay, tea not being refilled, etc... (I've been a server before, I know what it's like to be busy AND still check in on tables in a reasonable amount of time).

I was seated and ended up being forgotten by the waiters. After about 30 minutes, I asked to speak with the manager. My wife and son had already walked out, but the manager on duty went above and beyond to make things right. She personally attended to us, and the food was great. If they make a mistake here, they truly do their best to correct it—with a smile.

Beach St Bacon burger was delicious! Enough for two people. Ordered through DoorDash and was packaged well for delivery. Will definitely order again.

They have great breakfast. Been there many times and last time I went, I tried the Philly Cheesteak from the lunch menu and it was awesome! The bun was very soft the way a Philly Cheesteak should be, and the steak was perfectly cooked.

Best pancakes and Belgium waffles I've had in a long time. Perfectly cooked bacon and eggs. Great service. I would make this a regular spot if I lived closer.

A little pricey, but good food. Quick service for pickup. Just wish the food were a little less expensive. The geeter was exceptional.

They do not practice NSF food safety standards. Immediately got food poisoning after eating their breakfast burrito today.

The staff here is amazing. The food is very good too. I got the cinnamon bun pancake and side of bacon & eggs. The other people in my party got sandwiches & salads and they were very good. I will return here when I want a good low-key breakfast.
