The manager really needs to work on her communication. I called ahead to place an order, and when I showed up about five minutes later, I asked for a table. She refused, saying it was a different service and I couldn’t sit there. I ended up having to place another order just to get a table. Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with how they treated me. I’ve been there plenty of times before, but they’re gonna start losing customers over stuff like this. It was around 6 p.m.not even busy. and there were plenty of open tables. They didn’t want to place the second order because they thought I will not pay for????????? Worst place

Ordered a large Roni One to share with a friend based almost solely on the picture that looked absolutely delicious. What we received instead was a late, cold, smaller-than-expected pie with scarcely half the amount of toppings as advertised. The sauce was too sweet (this may be normal for Cane Rosso) but the crust, to be fair, was great. Cannot recommend.

Cane Rosso has been a long time favorite but tonight's meal was just ok. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were not pleasing at all. The flavors were good but the crust was completely wet and limp. Also, ordered a bottle of Prosecco that sat over on the bar for about 15 minutes before being served to us and the server then left it sitting in the table with no chilled champagne bucket to help keep it chilled—had to add ice to our glasses of Prosecco which, of course, waters it down. Disappointed, as this was for a special birthday celebration.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Cane Rosso before – I order takeout from them all the time and usually love it. But today, I was really disappointed with the service I received from a server named Delilah. I’m not sure if she was too busy or just having a bad day, but her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. She rushed through the transaction, grabbed the money without saying anything, and left a very poor first impression.
I truly enjoy this restaurant and the food has always been great, but customer service is just as important

We had a group of 12 and Cane Rosso was absolutely perfect for a large group! The atmosphere was lively, the staff handled our table with ease, and the food was spot on.
The pizzas are the star here—authentic, wood-fired, and full of flavor—but what makes it special is sharing everything family style. The portion sizes and pizzas are perfect for passing around the table, so you can try multiple pies and appetizers without over-ordering. And don’t miss the Brussels sprouts—they were awesome! Every dish feels fresh and crafted with care.
Highly recommend Cane Rosso if you’re looking for a fun spot with fantastic food that can accommodate a crowd. We’ll definitely be back!

Great service and laidback atmosphere. I ordered the beast dessert and two half topping pizzas. One pizza was half Che Cazzo & Cane Rosso. The other half Honey Bastard & PBR. Each pizza including the beast was good but nothing beats the honey bastard.
The Beast Wow! What an experience. Pizza is more on the pricey side but worth it. I ordered the Billy Ray Valentine & Roni One Pizza. Both met my expectations. The establishment is cozy but parking is difficult to find. The staff I encountered were friendly. My only complaint would be the female greeter who was on her phone the whole time watching videos in front of customers.
